Katrina is awesome! She was so personable and made the appt go by so fast! She is a pro keeping her schedule open and available to all of her clients. She doesnt double book her clients and make you wait while you are blow drying (which is a pet peeve for me). She gives all of her attention to you and she makes sure she listens to your wants and needs. Not like some stylists who say its going to be an inch and end up taking four. She is really hard to get a hold of. I have called several times trying to make an appointment because of the good reviews I saw. I left messages and signed up for an appointment online. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard ANYTHING back!! She needs an assistant because all my effort in calling and trying to have her do my hair was a waste of time. This summer was supposed to be my vacation time from school and all I wanted was an expert to do my hair. It doesn't matter how good she is..its horrible if she's not responding to customers. Katrina is an absolute doll. So genuine, and beautiful inside and out. She actually listens to me and has her full attention on her job. I'm so incredibly picky when it comes to color.
