I booked a blowout through ClassPass and received multiple confirmations that my appointment was set. I drove over 30 minutes and arrived early, only to find out when I got there that no one was actually available to take me. When I checked in, the front desk asked who I was booked with. Since ClassPass doesn't show that information, I didn't know. She then went around asking stylists if they could take me - one answered "no" very rudely, and another refused once she heard it was a ClassPass booking. Eventually, I was told they couldn't honor my appointment. I asked why I was able to book in the first place if no one was available, and the front desk had no answer. She mentioned she would text the manager but otherwise couldn't help. To make things worse, ClassPass shows I'd be charged a cancellation fee if I canceled on my end, and the salon didn't provide any solution. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I wasted my time driving there only to be turned away. I would not recommend booking here, especially through ClassPass. read more

I've waited 2 weeks to calm down so I could make sure I wasn't over reacting by writing a review. I can honestly say that I got the worst hair cut of my life from this salon, and that's an insult considering I used to cut my own hair with a razor blade as a teen and was my sisters practice person while she went through cosmetology school. I asked for a trim and to shape my hair which was waist length and they chopped it to my chest. I was in such shock I actually left with wet hair and ran out crying. Now that the shock has worn off I'm left with staring at a horrific cut. It's completely uneven all over my head, choppy, and very oddly shaped. It looks like someone who didn't like me got a free ticket to mess with my hair. The process alone to get an appointment was a joke. My stylist would read and ignore my messages for days on end then finally changed her own booking structure to an online portal which was fine. She ran late which is also fine. I'd like to mention I was so excited to get an appointment with her and had extremely high hopes as well, I went into this with an overwhelmingly positive outlook. I think I'd feel a lot better if anyone reached out to see if I was ok or apologize but they never called me back or texted me back even though I reached out multiple times. I only got a refund after telling them I'd be doing a charge back if they didn't do it themselves. Please, don't go here. I look so goofy now it's so, so bad. I'm so sad, I thought I'd be over it by now but every time I look at myself I just get sad and throw my hair in a messy bun so you can't tell what they did to me Brittany, does that photo look like an inch and a half to you? I have a lot of feelings about my experience. Not one being positive. For starters, the location on the Instagram sends you to Taco Bell. The owner, Brittany asked me to come in early. I am a single mother working two jobs from home. Whatever time I have scheduled cannot just be switched up. However, she asked me to come in early, so I did my best. I arrived about a half hour before my original time-maybe less. As soon as I get there she proceeds to tell me she's now behind. I've attached a photo of what I asked for which is me in a black shirt. She saw this beforehand, so she was aware of what I was asking. I also attached a before photo of what my hair was when entering the appointment. It had not been touched in roughly two years and my regrowth was quite a bit. When sitting in the chair she told me what I asked for would take too long and that if I was wanting to go blonde, we could just bleach my whole head. Little did I know I'd be there for over five hours regardless. When she put the bleach on, it burned so terribly bad. At one point, I thought I might pass out. The chemical smell mixed with the pain I was in, was horrible. I've gone completely platinum before. Numerous times to be exact. NEVER have I felt this way before. I specifically asked not to be brassy or look like the color of a yellow highlighter and well... the final picture is my hair. A brassy hot mess. It's so patchy. That's after about 7 washes of purple shampoo. After leaving the salon and getting home I felt something in the back of my hair. It felt like concrete was stuck in my hair and on my scalp. I spent almost two hours washing my hair... somehow managed to not lose my hair but what did happen is my scalp coming off in clumps. It's painful and itchy. Also, my haircut is atrocious. It's uneven in so many areas when we discussed a blunt bob. I'm so incredibly sad this is how my hair turned out. I haven't gotten to do something for myself in almost two years and this is how my experience went. I reached out to the owner asking for a refund because at this point I am just defeated. Once I asked for the refund, she stopped responding, so that's why I am now posting a review. read more

Giving it 2 stars because the spray tan girl was nice. But, the tan itself not the best I've had. Prob the worst. I feel bad because I think she was just starting out doing tans. Granted I got the tan for $20 on groupon, not sure if it would've been any better had I paid retail. I asked for super dark and honestly, the only places that turned dark were my feet and hands and it wasn't a good dark as you can see in the photo.
