It amazes me that it has taken y48 hours and counting to get a response from them in regards to the sweatshirts that they messed up. The lady Anastasia works with the man everyday and Still couldn't give me an answer on whether he would correct the issue. The product looks nothing like the mock up that was provided, They used a child size screen on the adult sweatshirts which made the logo look tiny on a XL shirt. And would t fix it! The sweatshirts had loose threads and lint balls and they said that's what the distributor provided & they never had a complaint. LIES LIES LIES! Horrible review!!! Horrible service!!! Ordered my shirts February the 12th had to order minimum of six so I ordered eight. Fast forward to April the 2nd still have not gotten my shirts. Almost 2 months to make eight shirts not sure what happened how it happened. But needless to say it happened. Called a few times left messages, email​​​ed, and was never contacted back. Finally sick of waiting called until I got the one on the phone and they have yet to even start making my shirts. So I asked for a refund. If you're ordering for your child's team save yourself some time and headache and just order from MLB or whatever league. Yeah it's a little more but you can get your kids number and name on the back definitely worth it. All in all I wouldn't have gave him one star but it wouldn't allow me to do zero so terrible terrible experience!!!​ read more

Unfortunately I don't have have a choice in using this business because our soccer association uses them for our uniforms. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses. Ordered my son's uniform on 8-13-21. Today is 9-8-21 and I still haven't received it. His first game is this weekend. I emailed customer service twice, did not get any response whatsoever. Called them last week on 8-30-21 and the girl who answered said that the uniform hasn't been shipped because they didn't have the right size socks yet. I asked if they could go ahead and ship it without them and she said they could. Well, guess what. It's been over a week and still haven't received the uniform. Called them today and asked for a manager. Spoke with Alex. Was told that they are very behind and that they have over 500 late uniforms. He did not apologize at all and when I asked why couldn't the company at least email me and explain the hold up was, he said it was impossible because "that's too many people to email." Ridiculous. Surely they could send a mass customer email?! I would never use this company again if I had a choice! read more

After waiting an additional week they told me that they won't be able to fulfill my order and gave me back my money. No one is knowledgeable about anything. If I could give zero (0) stars, I would. My experience with this business has been horrid, and that is being kind. Because of the Covid-19 outbreak and a shortened baseball/softball season, my youth recreation league decided to offer a reduced cost and one week (7 days guaranteed by AJ himself, in person) option for uniform purchases. My order arrived 11 days late with not only jerseys missing, but also mis-colored socks and only half of my belt order (also mis-colored). Repeated attempts to reach AJ were just short of futile, and he obviously did not want to fix the issues when we did speak. Was told my missing items would arrive shortly...6 days later (now 24 days since the initial order) and I still do not have my entire order. In addition, 1/3 of the shirts I ordered have literally fallen apart at the seams after one delicate-cycle, cold wash, and air drying. I've reached out to AJ again, but I really do not know why. I think we are going to just "cut our losses", and move on. Think twice before using this business! read more

On every level, Krown Sports failed me. I placed an order for T-shirts well before I needed them, and even visited the establishment two months before my event to ensure they could handle my order of 60 T-shirts. At first, they seemed promising, but then things took a turn for the worse. I was repeatedly lied to about when my order would be ready, and since they wouldn't return my calls or emails, I physically went to the establishment when I was told they'd be ready, only to find out that they were not ready ....on two occasions (and they had not even started). I finally said I wasn't leaving until I had the shirts, so I sat for two and a half hours while they started and finished my order. I was told repeatedly by the owner, AJ, that they should have never taken my business because they were too busy with tens of thousands of dollars worth of orders during soccer season, despite him being one of the employees I communicated with two months prior who said they could handle my order While I sat in the store for two and a half hours, I witnessed the most mismanaged staff that I've ever seen. First of all, the phone rang and rang and rang, but staff rarely picked up (which I already knew was a problem since I experienced that as well). On the rare occasion that one employee did answer the phone while I was there, she put the person on hold and never went back to pick up the phone again. I heard the owner on a couple of calls tell customers that he was too busy to deal with them. The place was a complete disaster. I now know that it was soccer season so things get hectic during soccer season (as the owner repeatedly told me as he was trying to excuse his mismanagement). I finally got my T-shirts and they were wrong! Despite my physically sitting with one of the employees when he took my order weeks prior, and showing him the correct front and back design to use, they used a design I had sent in earlier as a "sample" of what I was looking for, and they didn't print them correctly (they left off the back design and I had to call it to their attention despite having paid for a front and back design). I'm now stuck with these shirts. They did refund some money, and gave me $20 off, but I've calculated that I've lost about $150 worth of work time dealing with Krown Sports. I am a Decatur resident and really wanted to support a local business, but never again will I use Krown Sports. They were absolutely horrible. read more

We bought our soccer gear here because it was required. Sadly, however, the staff has little to zero knowledge about soccer gear. I asked for a size 12 children's cleats and the kept handing me random numbers like 2, 4 to try. They clearly had no idea how children's sizing works (and measured my child's foot upside down). When I asked about our uniform socks versus another pair she told me we needed to put the uniform socks on over a pair of socks with built in shin guards. Can you imagine wearing two pair of athletic socks, playing soccer, in Atlanta spring/summer weather? They were nice enough but completely clueless. read more
