Krucial Printing in Milpitas was amazing! They were able to print a set of classroom t-shirts for our upcoming talent show in a short period of time. (They even had them done earlier than first expected!) They gave us a perfect deal that worked into our tight classroom budget. I even had to add an extra shirt onto the order (one for myself!) at the end and they pleasantly accommodated us. The kids (and I) were so excited when we saw the shirts. They were perfect! I'm very disappointed with this shop even though I love the quality of the shirts. I was recommended by this shop from a friends after telling him I was looking for a new shop. I decided to check out the place and as I parked the car I see a couple of people standing outside the shop. Didn't realize they're worker until later. Anyways I was in the front office waiting for awhile with no one there to assist me. I had to go to the back to ask for help with ordering a shirt. I decided to order 12shirts and paid half now and half later. Lucky I did! I really wanted 300 shirt printed out but with my last shop and the accuracy of their order I decided to go with 12. I placed an order on 9-26-18 and Celine told me the order would be complete within 10days. Turn out there was some power difficulty and there's going to be some delays on the order so they will email me once it's done. I didn't mind the delay at all but the fact that 3week has past by and no email from them at all was terrible. I decided to email them and they told me only 11 of my shirts are done beside one shirt since it was ripped. Honestly I was so glad that they actually check to make sure the shirts are good to go unlike my last shop.They told me I can pick it up and the other 1 shirt should be done the next day. I decided to pick it up and paid the other half I own. The next day I came in to see if it was done and was told they would email me tomorrow for pick up. Next day again I email them to see the update and they told me they're waiting on shipment for the shirt but will email once its printed. I know it's only one shirt and I'm sure they have other heavy customers order to handle but 4 weeks has past by ever since I emailed them and I still haven't received that shirt. I placed an order on 9-26-18 and it is 11-14-18 my order hasn't been completed yet I paid them the full amount already. That's bullshit, it felt like after they got paid they don't care about small order anymore. I tried giving this shop a chance but oh well that's how they really treat small order customers... time to find another shop again. read more
