Given my last minute need it was pricey (almost $50) but I needed it for my son's party that night.

Unfortunately, I attempted to reach out to the business multiple times via phone call and even emailed. I never got through once!! The phone line just rings and rings and RINGS!! I made the decision to physically stop by because I really needed to get the ball rolling on my order. I am met with a lady behind the counter who doesn't speak or understand English too well. I asked if Yogi was available and she responded with him not being in. I asked if he would be in tomorrow, and again, she responds with "no". I ask if there is any other employee who could assist in my custom order and she continuously responds with "I don't know. I don't know. I don't know." This was such a waste of time and now I am scrambling to find another store that can accommodate and accurately deliver my order. 3 stars because I genuinely like this place and have been a long time customer for YEARS!!
