After getting my lab results, she incorrectly diagnosed me as "Diabetic" even though it is common practice to have more that 3 high A1C readings before pronouncing that diagnosis. Frankly, she shocked me when she told me I was diabetic. She sent me to see her useless dietician, presumably so she could bill Medicare for these service. I did not authorize the dietician visits, not was I aware that she had to note me as "diabetic" in order for the services to be covered. I had to ask her to delete the diagnosis which I am not sure she ever did. This is not the first time she shocked or scared me. Later, she told me I needed to come in for fluids because my Sodium levels were low. When I rushed down, after cancelling other commitments, she said I did not need fluids after all, to just drink more water. The last straw was when she ordered labs tests that I found out from Quest, were "not medically necessary", and I ended up with a close to $500 bill. I worked with her office staff for 5 months (yes, 5 months!) to get this bill reduced. I never got an answer as to why she ordered 3 tests that were not deemed a medical necessity. One is supposed to sign a waiver when presented with a test or procedure that Medicare may not cover. I was never asked to sign the Medicare waiver. This sounds like malpractice to me. When I called the front office staff they would bounce me from one person to the next, wanting me to give the whole story over and over again. They would put me on hold for 10 or 20 minutes, no problem. The person I was working with, Brianna, was always "busy on another line", or "just stepped out". When I finally did speak with Brianna, she would say that she hadn't gotten around to my issue and to give her another month. She told me that the lab could not send me to collections for a long time. I finally just paid the lab bill to get this resolved and off of my desk. I would not recommend Dr Loomis or her staff or office to anyone looking to have a meaningful relationship with their primary care doctor. If this is how they treat me when I am basically healthy, what kind of care will they give when really needed. Save your time and find a competent, caring doctor.

The procedure went ok, quite painful, but everything seemed to go as planned. Later that day and for the following week, I was in extreme pain - unable to walk. I called the doctors office three times to leave a message and see if there was something wrong as this was not normal. Each time, my messages were left unanswered - no doctor to respond to my inquiries. I ended up going to Urgent Care for assistance to address the excruitating pain. When I finally was able to speak to someone, it was the front desk who provided me some advise (same that was on my handout - she was not a medical professional, so I didn't have any help in that conversation). I provided the feedback to Dr. ElKhoury- Front desk staff unprofessional, no follow-up at a very vulnerable time in the process and unfortunate. I've since found other Pain Management doctors in OC that have been much better - but I wish, pain management was more than just spinal shots and more thorough review of options.

My parents have been patients of Dr Siamak Rouzroch for approximately 24yrs. My father has had many…read morecomplaints regarding overmedicating and other things that have bothered him throughout the years. My mother always convinced my father to remain with Dr Rouzroch. Recently, my father expressed the desire to change his primary doctor to the same one that his sister has. After I met the new primary doctor, I agreed. She is wonderful! Today I informed Dr Rouzroch's office of the change and thanked them for their care. Dr Bardi, Dr Rouzroch's wife, wished us well. Dr Rouzroch called myself and my father and spoke poorly of our new primary doctor and doesn't even know who she is! He also spoke poorly of the new medical Optum, as well. But it is what he done next, that impelled me to give this review!!! He called the pharmacy and closed out ALL of my parents medications. And what's worse, he KNEW that my parents new primary care physician is not effective until February 1st! He KNEW THIS and did not care! I'm so disappointed in the vindictive traits that Dr Rouzroch has displayed. Even the pharmacy mentioned that this action was highly unusual. They stated that Dr Rouzroch also tried to have my parents prescriptions that are ready for pick up....canceled! This is beyond ridiculous, vindictive and very unprofessional. He listens to me and makes sure I get the right referrals and he reads all the reports from your other doctors. He specializes in geriatric care, an often neglected and discarded population. He takes his time with his patients. I highly recommend him and his wife, Dr. Bardi, who works from the same office and is equally commited to their patients care and well-being. They are amazing. and their office staff, Sheryl, is on top of things. They are a great team and i plan to continue my care with them.

Both the Doctor and the Nurse were open to our questions and explained every step. The office really seemed like a close group between the staff and the patients, and it was nice to get to know other families going through similiar situations. The waiting room felt too small, and we waited fifteen minutes past her original appointment time, but by the time everything was done I can say my aunt thinks it was worth the wait.
