Husband loves Krystal, and when we are on the road, we stop to eat at Krystal. We had a short wait for the cashier, who was apologetic for the wait, friendly, and competent. The menu had lots of combinations to choose from - as long as you want hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken, fries, tater tots, and/or corn pups, you'll be happy. Food came up quickly and fresh. I asked for mustard and pickles on my burgers. I got the mustard and one small pickle on each. I didn't bother to ask for more. Husband likes them fresh off the grill, onions only, and that's what he got. He was happy. We split the tots. They were fresh, crunchy and very good. Most of the tables were clean, as was the floor and counter. By the soda machine, I wiped up a coke spill because I could do it easily & didn't want to accidentally get it on my shirtsleeves. Goodness, this was bad. Burgers were soggy upon delivery. Meat was ok, but the soggy buns and wet onions were not a tasty combo. Much more importantly, though, I spoke with two employees through the drive-thru window and neither was wearing a mask. I realize Tennessee has lax Covid regulations, but you expect customers to be the negligent ones, not employees. I'd stay away from this place for Covid precautions alone. read more

Up in Maryland these are called Little Tavern, farther up the east coast they are White Castle. It doesn't matter what you call it this is fast food nirvana. Grab a bag of little burgers and it is on. I'm giving it one star for being open. We got the ALL you can eat for 3 people. In Cleveland,TN you get a number and another sign that goes on your table saying if your full or you want more and they bring them to you the whole time. Here in the lovely city of Athens,TN we barely got a receipt with a bogus host name on it cause I'm not buying the shiftleaders name was Billy since she was female maybe if was spelled Billie. But there's no name tag so who really knows. We had to go to the counter to get our order. We got 12 Krystal's and 3 fries on the tray. We had to go to the counter and ask for 6 more Krystal's and we were told we could only have 4 Krystals. I thought ALL meant ALL meaning all you want, until you are full?! You can't say ALL and then say you can't get more. I will NEVER go to this location again and I warn anyone else going expecting to get ALL you can eat. read more

Had terrible service at this restaurant. The cola was out in the fountain machine, it was a dark color but tasted weak and tasted like carbonated water. I reported it and asked the girl behind the counter to fill my cup please. She did and reported the cola out to the manager. It took me about 30 minutes to eat and the manager never came out to fix the problem. When I was leaving I asked for another refill and asked to speak to the manager. Never came to the front and the employee rolled her eyes and said good luck getting him off the phone. There was also others complaining about the cola. Seems the manager needs to be given a talking to. Otherwise the meal was great and the employees were also nice. read more

Awful. Place needs to be shut down. Waited 30 minutes for our food and it came out all messed up then waited another 15 minutes and they still did not fix it. The chili cheese fries and chili cheese pip had mold. All of the workers were very rude and had bad attitudes read more
