The service is usually good, once in a while I'll order something from the drive through and it somehow my order gets messed up but all I can say that food is way better here compared to the Taco Bell in Hinesville. Also I've noticed a lot of pan-handlers hanging out near the end of the drive thru. I'd like to be able to be able to enjoy my food without constantly being harassed or guilted for money. This dude walked in and sat at the table near the entrance, didn't order anything, just sat there on his phone until my husband and I (holding the baby) walked out the side entrance and he followed us and proceeded to ask us for money. Maybe it's because it's Sunday or 1130, but this meal was outstanding. The staff was great at making sure our order was correct at the speaker and it was exactly that, perfect. The three of us ordered multiple items and drinks with no ice. I changed all of mine to chicken and not one mistake to be found. Fresh ingredients and proper temperature. This is some bs, and I say that already with a grain of salt because it's Taco Bell so my expectations were already low. To start they're charging 65% more for the same items as their Hinesville counterpart, because why? I guess they're recouping on the work did on the building? Next, they're out of half the items on our order. Replacing my item with chips and of all things to skimp on who skimps on chips?? Gave me like 4 in a bag, waste of a bag. I used to love Taco Bell before I moved to Georgia, every single location is booty in my opinion but this one was normally the better one until today, they completely fucked up my order and I know it wasn't a communication issue cause the lady asked if I wanted extra beef on my Crunchwrap but somehow still managed to give me quesadillas instead. Well I just had a TERRIBLE experience here, hence the reason I'm giving it a 1 Star. Since an employee by the name of Porsha L. wanted to call us out in front of people, I'm bout to call HER out on Yelp AND corporate My fiancé and I stopped in for his lunch break and decided to dine in. While at the counter miss Porsha asked what I wanted and I told her "a beef quesarito." She proceeded to say "a quesarito combo?" And I said "no just the quesarito by itself" because that's all I wanted. She then rolled her eyes and said "okay" which I over looked. I go and sit down and they call our order number and my fiancé goes to the counter to get our food (a male employee was handing it to him) and then miss Porsha then says aloud for all to hear (to the male employee) "I tried to get them to get the combo and save them money but they didn't so" and laughs. Well by that time I'm mad, I get up to go confront her and ask her if she's paying since she's so concerned about how much we spent and felt the need to announce the amount to the cent for the restaurant to hear and my fiancé turns me around and gets us a bag so we can leave before I lose my temper. Worst visit to a fast food restraint I have ever encountered. I placed an online order which I went to pick up through the drive thru. Got a receipt and my order, I checked what my wife order because it was a speciality order and it was wrong per the receipt I was given at the window. Went inside and had that corrected. Got home to other items missing from my order. When I called the store to tell them I was missing items and was unhappy that I already had one thing wrong and now missing items I was hung up on by the so called manager on duty. After 3 callback attempts someone finally answered and told me that my order would be replaced and to come back to the store. Upon returning to the store I was told here are 2 bags of cinnamon twists that's all we can do. Worst store and worst customer service I have ever encountered.
