FOOD SAFETY CONCERN- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. During my visit, I received a Krystal burger that appeared to be stale and had an overall appearance that suggested it was not freshly prepared. The burger looked as though it had been sitting for an extended period, possibly since the previous day. Its appearance raised concerns about the freshness and quality of the food, and I did not feel it was safe to eat. In addition, the fries I received were undercooked and not prepared to an acceptable standard. What was most concerning was that an employee informed me that the restaurant's grills were not functioning properly. Despite this, the restaurant continued serving food as though everything was operating normally. If the grills were not operational, I question how the food was being prepared and whether proper food safety standards were being followed. I believe customers should have been informed of the equipment issue rather than being served food that appeared to be of poor quality. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in the food safety and quality practices at this location. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated, including the condition of the kitchen equipment, food handling procedures, and adherence to food safety standards. I also request an appropriate resolution regarding my purchase and assurance that corrective action will be taken to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. read more

It's ad when you have to really ponder over which location to go to for the best product. I placed and verified my order 4 times AND had to sit at the door like 10 additional minutes only to be given the COMPLETE WRONG ORDER!!! Returned them back to the restaurant in less than 10 minutes and had to wait AGAIN!!! This is horrible for just cheese Krystals!!! No one told you to scrape the onion. Currently still waiting I hope he doesn't try me with raw onion. read more

Krystals - please FIRE the owner/franchisee of this location and FIRE the Franchisee agents who are responsible for making sure your locations are ran smoothly and efficiently. The drive thru line is several cars long and no one even came to the drive thru. They are simply taking the orders at the window and preparing them then. Which makes the line go super slow. This location also always keeps their doors LOCKED. All times of the day and night so its a drive thru only facility. Why do they do this? Im sure the Franchisee has a million excuses. There are several employees inside. I see two men and two women. Its probably more at the back. This long wait is unacceptable. It honestly makes me worry about the safety and sanitation of your food to see your location run so haphazardly. read more

i went here yesterday on thursday, the service was HORRIBLE. the person whom was taking my mom's and i order was acting stupid and rude, my mom repeated our order over 5 times and he still messed it up. we drove off and couldn't even get any food which was probably gonna be cold. around the back i saw 5 workers smoking and not even help order, ambiance was horrible, EVEN THROUGH A DRIVE-THRU! today we went again, 35 minute just to get our food, they werent busy at all. AT ALL. they messed up my moms drink for a sweet tea, gave me and her a flat coke as a "replacement" for her sweet tea, this place is HORRIBLE! your better off eating leftovers. smh do better people (im 13 btw) read more

I stopped by this location tonight to grab something quick for dinner and was told they were not taking any orders for the rest of the night, it's 9:30pm. No explanation, this has happened on more than one occasion. I'm done with this location. read more

Went to the drive thru and the Krystal burgers and fries were nice and hot. The customer service was excellent too.

Food is STILL awesome...no one can do what they do... customer service can be sketchy at times, but for the most part, they try and get things right. The smell of those little burgers are always gonna be 'fire'.... read more

Just moved to GA from NC and wanted to try something new. I actually got in the drive though line with a very open mind. After looking at the burgers I was given I was left utterly speechless. Definitely do not have an open mind about this place anymore. If I could give this no stars I would. The pictures speak for themselves. My mom asked me to stop into this location because she grew up in the south and use to love Krystal burgers. I think you have to grow up on them to like them because I'm not a huge fan. I did however try the banana pudding shake and loved that. This particular location is horrible. The customer service was terrible. It took a long time for someone to help us and when they finally did they acted like they didn't want to. They had a lot of attitude and we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location. read more

Arrived Monday, July 17 @ 9:30am. Place full of staff but doors locked. The staff refused to open and serve customers and wanted everyone to go through the drive thru. I saw 5 customers including myself walk away and drive right next door to McDonalds. Replace the staff with people who actually want to work. I have never tried Krystal before, I had coupons so I thought I'd try it. I arrived at the drive thru; it didn't seem like the dining was open at 9am. The 5-6 cars in front of me were not moving, but I had time to wait. I ended up waiting 25 minutes. The line moved SO slowly. When I finally got to the speaker to order, I could barely hear someone say, Pull up? I moved forward toward the window, when I got there the employee wore NO mask, had no greeting, I asked if they were serving breakfast only, and she said yes. I started to hand her my coupon & she yelled over her shoulder, Do we accept coupons? Then she told me they do NOT accept coupons. No apology, no acknowledgement that the speaker/order system was broken? No acknowledgement of why coupons are not accepted... at this location maybe?? Three stars might be too high here but we were starving!! This was one long travel day and we were on the homestretch. Nothing was open so we pulled in. I really had no idea that Krystals are the white castles of the South? So we ordered some of those tiny burgers and fries for C and soda.. Ordered 4 Krystal and an Apple turnover. Had to wait 5 minutes for the cashier to open the window and take my money. She came back 4 minutes later to tell me they did not have any turnovers out. Wanted to know if we wanted to wait 6 minutes for one. Well I ordered one, so yes. They had us pull up and 8 minutes later she brought out the turnover. Pulled into lot at 3:00. Finally received food at 3:45. Paid at 3:26 and was asked to pull up. Ignored for next 20 minutes. Manager on duty at 3:00 would not take car orders. Two workers came to work at 3:18. Before that only two people working. Manager seen walking around kitchen area without a mask. Two vehicles in front of us drove off after waiting too long. What awful food. Employees were very nice and the building looks clean but worst quality fast food I've ever eaten. Wouldn't recommend.

Beyond rude service from the shift leader that took our order. Althea has no business in customer service based roles, nevermind any position in leadership. There was some confusion to my order and instead of just letting me correct the error, she began raising her voice and motioned toward the menu board. I said, "fine, let's just start over and do it right." This solution elicited quite the eye roll from her. Sometimes you have to go off the health grid. This is one of those times for me. Whenever I'm in the south, I have to get me a bag of those square yummy morsels. Maybe it's just a memory from my youth, but I still crave them whenever I'm near a Krystal. More bun than filling, but those steamed soft buns are a key component to these simple pleasures. White Castle is a close second. Much about the burger is the same, but it's that touch of mustard and those pickles that has Krystal edging them out. Those little burgers represent all three stars. The place is small, but okay (many people go through the drive thru). The staff was rather impersonal. If they were more welcoming and upbeat, I would have considered four stars. read more
