I gave two stars because the young woman who waited on me last night had no personality and she gave very poor customer service. I usually go thru drive thru but decided to walk in. I was waited on by a girl with cornrows who was working the register. I ordered chili and a burger. As I waited on my meal I tried to engage her with small conversation instead of us both standing there in silence. She just looked dumbfounded. She had an empty blank stare. Her facial expression was flat. Some questions about the menu items she couldn't answer. She could have been new. Her coworker would walk over and answer the questions and her coworker was far more animated and she smiled etc. But this girl.. wow she was awful. Why put someone who has less personality than a mannequin on the register? Her personality was as dry as the Sahara desert. In fact I've met tree stumps with more personality. So no.. I did not like my experience with her. She looked like she didn't want to be there and like she was very unhappy with her job or even having to work. From now on ill go through drive thru. But on a positive the restaurant has a much larger menu than what the drive thru ordering screen shows. They have pot roast dinners and sandwhiches, pork loin sandwhiches, chili and chicken noodle soup and a lot more items. I believe the restaurant is cutting itself short by not advertising these items on its outdoor ordering screen. The chili was fantastic. Thick, homemade, very flavorful. 1st time ever trying a Culver's. This place was SUPER well kept. Very clean, very well decorated. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door. The customer service was excellent. I ordered the Double Cheese Butter Burger. It wasn't my favorite ONLY bc I'm not a fan of smash burgers. With that being said, I ate every bite of it bc it was still so good and yummy. The fries were fresh & a big portion. 10/10 recommend this location ... esp. if you're a fan of smash burgers. read more

First Time Experience! It was a very great experience at that. I ordered the single bacon cheese deluxe burger meal with no sauce, of course, with a sweet tea and added on the 3 pc shrimp for 3.89. I decided on these items because the burger and shrimp are what sis has been nagging me to try. I ordered via drive thru. Once I paid, I was instructed to pull around to the stop sign, and they would bring it out, which they did in a matter of minutes. I loved how they asked if I needed condiments. The food was packaged nicely, and my fries were not thrown all over the bag. The food was definitely hot and fresh. The fries could use a touch of seasoning salt to kick them up a notch. The thickness of the burger patty I loved. The veggie ingredients were fresh. The bacon was cooked to perfection. The shrimp - they were definitely jumbo and worth the money. The cocktail sauce that accompanied them was good, too. The sweet tea - delish!! I don't know if it's like this every day, but if so, tea lovers don't sleep on it. The prices here are comparable to anywhere else. If it doesn't cost a few bucks, then everyone is yelling about the economy or what have you. The only thing that bugs me is that when I pay for food, I want it hot, fresh, and correct. I don't care if I paid $2 or $50. I dont mind waiting either, but I want it right. My wife is from Wisconsin, where Culvers is apparently a staple of the culture. She was super excited to have one open up so close to where we are stationed. I always let her order for me, but so far I have had the burger, chicken strips and custards. I have been more than satisfied with everything that I've gotten there. So good! Clean on the outside and inside! If you want the perfect hamburger, order the double butter burger, with the fixings you choose. Don't forget the onion rings. And to leave without at least a small custard would be just wrong. Food was fixed up fresh and tasted great! Tender burger on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside of the patty. Wonderful bun, too. Onions rings were fresh, not greasy. Custard: rich, delicious, creamy goodness. Pepsi products and tea. Plenty of napkins (you'll need it for those burgers). They also offer some fried seafood and all kinds of shakes. Got there at 1130 and beat the rush. It wasn't too busy when we left a bit after 12 noon. Swing on by, drive thru, or dine-in. Their food was awful. The burger was so thin and the onions were not chopped worst patty melt in history. I grew up in the party melts at Woolworths w rye bread , cheesy and the onions cut up. This was not worth it. The onion rings are good if you get extra crispy. Not worth the $9 I paid for it. Will not be back. read more

We've always enjoyed Culver's for the fresh, well-made food; however, this location has failed us on enough occasions that we won't be going back. The butter burgers are consistently over-done (burnt & crispy on the edges) and the size of a small children's burger, not even coming close to the size of the bun and a couple shreds of lettuce. When we stopped for a Concrete Mixer the other day, they were clearly scraping the bottom of the tub (we watched them do it), and then they blended it into complete liquid. Definitely not what it should have been. We've tossed at least two full meals and are tired of wasting that much money. Shame ... they were a convenient stop in Macon between Savannah and Atlanta. read more

This is the worst Culver's I've been to. Customer service lacks, training lacks, as well meals not coming out correctly. As a person who grew up in Wisconsin I was really hope for a good Culver's, as I don't get to Wisconsin as much as I like. If only the owner of Culvers knew how this place was ran. I wish I could give this zero stars. Did not get what I order. I decided it was not worth the effort to complain. I only took 2 bites and could not go any further. My husband could not eat his either. I will not go into any more details but food was AWFUL. I had to home and shower trying immediately. I will never go to a Culver's again read more

I'm not sure what happened to Culver's excellent customer service, but it was not there today. I regularly go there and bring my dog for a pup cup. During past visits, I was never charged for the pup cup except for one time. It was 38 cents, so no worries. This time they charged me 50 cents twice, so a total of one dollar for whipped cream. They said they were out of dog biscuits. The clerks would not negotiate and said that they have been charming $1 for "awhile." I let them know I would be posing a review. They just stick to their guns and refused any type of accomodation. read more

I eat out every day and was finally able to get into Culver's. When it first opened, it was nearly impossible, so I decided to wait awhile. And I will tell you, it was worth the wait! the food is good however the customer service is so bad. there's been two times now when I've literally placed my order and they didn't hear me, I spoke louder and they snapped at me for speaking too loud in the microphone. if you don't hav customer service you should not work in the food industry. if it happens again I'm probably going to complain to something higher than yelp lol! read more
