This is my new favorite nail spot. Lisa is amazing! I always get gel on my hands and toes and everywhere else I have gone it has lasted a week at most before it chips or peels. I am in week FOUR and have nothing but very minimal tip wear. I am also over eight months pregnant and feel like Lisa goes above and beyond to give me the best experience every time- the leg and arm massages are to die for and help alleviate pregnancy pains. I was visiting from out of town, and desperately needed my nails fixed! My salon at home had botched my powder dip nails. I called iNails and was able to get a same day appointment. I didn't have to wait when I arrived at my appointment time. Mia was my nail technician. She is amazing!!! She had to start from scratch on my nails, and did a beautiful job making them look great again! I love my manicure, and I wish the salon was closer to my home. My daughter and I both got full sets as well as the $63 pedicure. The person who did my nails said her name was Christine but when I got my survey from the salon there were two names to review but I didn't know who was who because none of the names said Christine. Anyways, Christine did my nails and she did a very good job and the male manager was very nice and really went out of his way to answer my questions about the clear tip option that they offer as I had never had that done before. The pedicure was definitely not worth the price as they do not list how long the massage will be and she said it was only 5 min half way through the service which is crazy for that price. Had I known I would not have gotten it. She used a tiny amount of the exfoliating scrub and did not massage it in my feet and none on my ankles or leg at all. If you have a lot of dead skin, please note that they do not use the grater tool, only the chemical and a loofa bar thing. The chair you sit at for nail service is comfortable as you sit at like a counter not at individual stations. The chair you sit at for the pedicure is very comfortable but they turned it off on my daughter because they said it was shaking too much as she was getting her nails done at the same time. It was sort of weird that they did her nails and pedicure at the same time but did not do that for me so she got done way fast than me and had to wait for my nail service. I would suggest next time 2 people come in together to either do both services together on both people or one at a time for both people. The nail design they did on my daughter was really good. They do excellent on nail designs but I did not get any nail design and my service was $30 more than hers so I'm definitely confused about that. I did not receive a receipt for my service so who knows why mine was $30 more than hers. Overall, I gave it 4 stars. read more

I usually go to this salon ALL THE TIME. Until this happened, I walked in the shop with perfect nails I always get dip because I've found it's more healthy and lighter on my nails because I only do my natural nails. As Tracy was filing my nails down she chipped my pinky finger nail causing it to bleed, then told me to proceed and put it in the acetone nail polish remover which burned & when I told her she told me I had to. She did all my nails not including the one she messed up, and finally got to the messed up one and told me she can do it but it will look different then all the other ones & when I told her to change the others because that's the least she can do she looked at me like I was asking to much and then just sloppily put some polish over it that looked similar to the color. This whole process all she said was I'm sorry never offered to give me money off at the end or anything . I definitely will not be going back here again. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Love going to this place, especially when I'm in a rush with my busy day to day life. Unfortunately I can never plan when I will have free time to pop in and get my nails done, but I've never waited more than 10 minutes here. I am however super lucky to always get Brian. He is the faster manicurist I have ever been to. I am in and out in only about an hour. That's gel, acrylic, design and all. And they last! However 3 weeks after my last pedicure (second visit) I took my polish off because my nails kept breaking, only to find all 10 nails covered with fungus. I just graduated from Cosmetology school and took my State Board exam and passed, iNails And Spa is COMPLETELY up to State Board standards. The Salon is beautiful inside. I absolutely love the people who work at the salon. I drive 30 minutes to come here because they really take good care of you. I usually get manicures and pedicures and eyebrow waxing when needed. Always take their time to do a good job even if it's super busy and people are waiting. My favorite thing is that they don't over-file your nails which some places do and it makes them super thin. I've come here with several friends for a girls event since they have over a dozen spa massage chairs. We can chat and relax and enjoy a complementary drink. It's in the sane shopping center as CVS and Best Buy, super convenient. I've had great experiences with all the workers there but want to give a special shout out to Ti and her sister Tina who do excellent work. I went there twice, the first time was amazing, I got a guy I'm not sure his name but he did an amazing job, it was a little pricy, 70$ for a full set... but the guy did an amazing job. The second time I went I got a female and she did a horrible job, she drilled the drill down too far, that I still have a mark on my nail 2 months later .. She was very rude when grabbing my hand she would snatch it and throw it when she was done with it. Still was pricy even though she clearly didn't know how to do nails that well. 55$ for a fill. They lasted about 2 weeks max and I had to let my nails heal for 2 months, before I could get another set. If you are planning to go here make sure you get the dude that does nails because they other ones don't know how to. I also asked for a red color on my nails with french tip and she grabbed the color I wanted and she grabbed a NEON orange little paint brush so she could draw the lines with, continued to just slightly wipe it off with a dry towel and dip it in the red so it made my nails look an ugly neon orangey/red color. read more
