Terrible service. I wish i could upload audio from my experience since my dash cam recorded everything. Ordered through the drive through and the older black lady as im ordering continued to cut me off as im doing my order. My kids were already eating their sliders before I realized all 12 have mustard on it which I specifically said no mustard on so no problem seems like a simple mistake that can be fixed realized on the way back to the restaurant no fries and I ordered a Fanta and a sweet tea just to realize it's both cokes !!! Food when i got it was OK, the one issue that stood out was the "Manager" on duty, turned out he was a Shift Leader making up policy as he went along, the order i placed was not to to complicated, and the rest of the staff when i went off his shift didn't mind doing it, had to call the main office the General manager was VERY helpful, and took care of my issue no idea if the Shift Leader was dealt with but i really hope he does, I'm not going to name drop, BUT go there when he is on and ask for the Double Cheese with NO middle bun and you will see who I'm talking about. The worst fast food experience I've ever had. They messed up my food twice, and after the second time, he told me to fix it myself. I told him to give me a refund then, and he said he couldn't bc it was an online order. I told him to remake my food then. Recently came here to get sone food before heading home. I was greeted with workers smoking pot in the parking lot (still 100% illegal in Tennessee), the lights on but nobody in the building and the doors locked. This was during hours where they only did drive through, so that's why it was locked, but the workers were just wasting space doing drugs instead of doing their literal only job, serving me the already shitty food. After maybe 8-10 minutes of waiting in silence, I pulled through from the drive through and saw the workers and asked why not serve me, and I'm completely serious one of their replies was "it's krystals n***a, what you expect." Ridiculous Don't go here unless you want a headache and to not be served your food. read more

This review is based on my drive thru experience. Asked for a #1 with cheese, another cheese krystal, and an eggnog shake and I wanted the fries fresh. She said that they were cleaning the shake machine. This is a 24 hr Krystals so I don't know why they would be cleaning the shake machine. Fast food places typically clean their shake machine just before they close. So she repeated the order and I said, "did you get the fresh fries request?" She repeated the order again totally ignoring my request for fresh fries. So I did what anyone would do, I drove off. This was on the 26th of December 2019 between the hours of 11 and 12 pm. What are the hours for this location??!! Frequently closed before 9PM on weekends. Sometimes they turn the lights out and sometimes they just let a line gather and wait thinking the place is open because all the lights, including the drive thru sign, are left on. This is WORST krystal I have ever gone to. I pick up deliveries for Uber Eats and every time I go there for a pick up, it's NEVER ready. The managers loaf around and act as though they never saw the order appear. Today I went in for a pick up and what I experienced made me tell myself to never go there again. I walk inside around 8:45a (Saturday September 15th) and there's a young lady named Taylor working the front counter. She was barely responsive and hardly paid attention. Since my pickup wasn't ready, I made the grave mistake of ordering myself a bite to eat. Why did I do this?! Talyor f**ked my order up right off the bat. I ordered the $3 lunch/dinner meal deal, no pickles, add cheese. That normally come to $4 even. Well, Taylor rang me up for the $3 breakfast meal. F**king sausage and sh*t!!! Before I ordered I even asked clearly 'Are you all cooking burgers this early?' She even answered 'yes' and still messed up my order. One of the senior cooks there recognized her error and fixed it for me. Then, when bagging my order, a few fries fell out of the small sized fry bag onto a meal tray below. Taylor then proceeds to pick the french fry up, bare handed, and place it back in my bag with the rest of my food. I F**KING LOST IT! Soon after my pick up was ready and I had already waited 15min for it. The customer even texted me and asked how soon will I be on the way with his food. I took my order and I threw that sh*t away. I didn't want to keep the customer waiting any longer. Taylor also messed up two other others while I waited for mine. She was incompetent, non-responsive, unprofessional, unsanitary and plane ole wrong. It's bad enough I have a bad experience EVERY TIME I go there, but to have her working front counter is the worst hiring decision ever. I ordered from here using DoorDash and when I got the food.. it was packaged horribly: They gave me the wrong wing sauce. I asked for Buffalo and instead they gave me bbq. The party fries advertised on the menu was bigger. But instead they gave me poorly packaged fries in a small container. I should have known better than to eat Krystals when sober. They're just SO DAMN DELICIOUS when intoxicated, I figured they would be pretty darn good when not juiced up as well. WRONG. At least not tonight. At least not from this Krystal location. For starters, they screwed up the order. When they "fixed" it, it was still screwed up. Ended up with chili cheese fries although I just wanted plain. The chili looked really gross and tasted pretty gross, too.
