Worst Krystal's I have ever had. Just went through drive thru and ordered 24 burgers with cheese plain and specified ONLY cheese. Also ordered 5 chili cheese pups and 2 fries. Took 25 minutes to get our food that cost over $60 and when we got home the burgers had no cheese and extra onions, the chili cheese pups look like they were just thrown in the container and the fries were undercooked. read more

This Krystal location was open, first and foremost. The inside was clean and our food was freshly made. It took a few minutes but we were appreciative of the hot food. The staff members were polite and cordial. They didn't have regular chicken sandwiches; there was a sign that said some menu items were out of stock. When you want an iconic burger, this is the place. The burgers are just what you expect from Krystal's. I love these burgers as they remind me of my childhood. Then they were 25 cents!! But they are steamed so the bread is kinda soggy. The onions, pickle and mustard complete the package. read more

Some of the best Krystal burgers I've had in a long time. They were hot & fresh. The buns were fluffy and not all soggy and nasty. The fries were hot and fresh and perfectly salted. Yum yum yum!!! The lady in front of us had waited 25 mins before losing her cool and just asking for her money back. I don't know what she was waiting on. It only took us about 3-4 minutes before we got our order and then we left. The only reason I took away a star is because the dining room was dirty. Understaffed for the post-game (FSU/UF) traffic. Night game, so people were coming late and drive-thru only. iHOP was closed so some of that traffic also went to Krystal. they just couldn't keep up, but our meal was good, order was correct, and it was still better than crowds in GNV. So I get that's it's kind of late but I was just told it would take 20 minutes for a sack of regular krystals on top of the 15 minutes I patiently waited to have my order taken. I feel like maybe that's a little ridiculous. When I told them I would wait instead of driving away like they wanted me to they definitely seemed surprised. "Really, you'll wait?" I didn't have a special order just your basic hamburger meat on a bun. I didn't even order fries or a drink. No one apologized or offered a beverage for my 20 minute wait and I'm still sitting here WAITING. By now it's been about 16 minutes and I've seen at least ten cars come and go with their food but I'm still sitting here. I know what's going on.. save the krystals you have for the smaller orders in the cars behind me but that's not how it should work. I was here first I should get served first. We stopped here on the way home and were quite impressed. Of course Krystal is just greasy little burgers but on occasion they're delicious. The girl at the window was very polite and willing to get anything we needed. She had no problem grabbing extra things that we requested. The good was fresh and gooey just like Krystal should be. I'm not sure why they have such bad reviews but personally, I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh food than to get stuff that was sitting there getting nasty all day. read more

Krystal burgers are the best and I love to get them whenever I am near one. Knowing this was a new Krystal I expected growing pains, however, the service was terrible and rude. I was second in line and waited 10 min while the customer in front of me got the wrong order and was trying to get it corrected. The server just walked away and took care of the drive thru window. I never ordered, just left. Hopefully they will get better, but for today they get one star only because it was Krystal. read more

Stopped by today to order a 5 for $5 around 7:15pm. Order taker cut me off in reviewing the order, there was one car was in front of me. Wait time was 10 minutes, the passenger in the car in front of me got out and went inside I guess to complain, they finally gave them their order which looked like 2 chili fries boxes. Cashier took my money, she didn't apologize for the wait, never gave me my drinks so I waited for 3 minutes before she gave me my order & drinks.
