This is a great location with the owner(s) reaching out to the local Fleming Island community through partnerships, coupons, mailings, etc. It always brings me in and I end up purchasing more for my family anyway. The food is always hot and fresh. It's a pretty busy spot especially during peak hours, but the drive thru is extremely efficient and friendly. I've eaten inside plenty of times over the years and it's clean and seating is plenty. Customer service has always been consistently great. My go-to meal is a large sweet tea, the fried Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and large size waffle fries (of course). And this location is very generous with the sauces if you ask for more or even to try different kinds. Love that. Just remember that all CFA are closed on Sundays so don't go then. Really gave the sandwich an Out Of this World flavor but, unfortunately first of all did not look like the sandwich on their commercial. The reason being there was only a small swatch of Pimento cheese on it. It Absolutely needs just as much as the commercial shows to take the sandwich to the Utmost Next Level. This CFA is extremely consistent as well as above average when compared to other CFA's. They have a double drive through with multiple people working the lines, and walking down to make sure everything is expedited quickly. Although you cannot still go inside you will be pleasantly surprised by how fast their service is and on point. For each meal we asked for sauce. They gave 4 packets of sauce total meaning 1 for each meal. If it had been ketchup packets I wouldn't care but when it's Chick-fil-A specific it's annoying. This CFA is really hit or miss! They should observe CFA Wells or another awesome Jax area CFA to see how things should be done! In a week's span, I've spent 10 min, 10+ min, and then 20+ min waiting in the Drive-Thru. The food is inconsistent as well; half-cooked (e.g. still doughy) biscuits or maybe they're cooked perfectly or maybe crunchy and over cooked. Fries are sometimes fresh or after 20 minutes in the DT, you're given cold fries (why!? I just wasted so much time sitting here!). Their staff is generally friendly, but are very much high schoolers. My favorite (sarcasm) was the guy one night, in the DT, who said to himself yet also to me (maybe?) "5 more minutes and he gets off" and he's "sick of this place". THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A EVER! I've never reviewed a place before, but this place deserves my rant. I've lived in Fleming Island several years now and I travel a lot. A quick place to stop for a "healthier" option for fast food is Chick-fil-A. I'll be dern if this place hasn't been the absolute worst of this chain. Their service is normally rude at the window. They have never....NEVER gotten our order right. We don't ask for anything crazy. Add some cheese to a chicken sandwich, a 4 count instead of a 3 count, fruit instead of fries. It's not that difficult but every single time we go- we HAVE to go in to get the order fixed, or pick up what we actually paid for because they short change us more often than not. We try not to stay in the drive through line to check our bags so we don't back up the line for others. Today for instance, we ordered 6 four count chick minis and we got 5 boxes. One box only had three in it. Then my husbands sandwich had a twist tie in it from one of the bread bags I guess?!? Pissed. This place sucks and I hate they are the only one near us. I do NOT want to rate any Chick-fil-A like this, because the food is always amazing. But the customer service I got here put a bad taste in my mouth. My fiancee and I were next in line (didn't even wait but like a minute) and I began to order: Me: "Hi there! We'd like an Original Chicken Sandwich with no pickles-" Cashier (said something like): "Whoa, wait wait hold on." EXCUSE ME? He interrupted me in the middle of my sentence and in the RUDEST WAY. So to not get any of the younger workers there in trouble, this mad was an older man and was a Team Leader. Then, after our order, my fiancee just asked "Sir, is there any way we can add mayo to the sandwich", to which the cashier replied, "Oh, yeah it's over there" and pointed us to the condiments where the napkins and stuff were at. I would probably rate at 3 stars if it was any other franchise than CFA. So this is the dirtiest Chic-fil-a around with majority of lazy employees that don't seem to care. A few weeks ago two of the gentleman taking orders at the front were playing with unused cups they just grabbed from the shelf breaking them in front of customers and giggling. They were supposed to be working but they were goofing off. There were sauces all over the floor, all trash cans were full, napkins and everything else on the sticky floor and here they are. No "thank you for your business" no "have a great night" just here's your food. They have the slowest service around whether it is drive through or inside it's never a good experience and doesn't feel like Chic-fil-a. If you look around next time you go 1/2 of the employees are in high school and spend most of their time goofing off or texting. The drive through pickup is alway red by the time the order is ready. So much is wrong here and I do hope corporate starts conducting surprise drop-ins. It could be a perfect location when these things are addressed. The employees need more backbone. read more

If the customer wanted grilled nuggets, or really anything that was typically not served during breakfast, it might take a little bit but the order and the CUSTOMER were always good to go. I really like this location since I frequent often as it is close to where I reside! It's always clean on the inside when we go and the service here, everyone seem so happy to be working here. The food is always fresh! When I use the drive thru, they always get my order correct as well. Certain days there is always an event for moms, dads and the little ones. With that being said, be cautious of which day you want to sit inside the restaurant as the noise volume can be very high with screaming children!! Still you can use the drive thru and take it home. This location is always doing something for remembering the military and their families, etc., and I like that as well. I will definitely be back as everything here is so yummy! read more
