This Subway is one of the nicest/cleanest Subways i've ever ordered from! It's always busy and booming with guests, which honestly says a lot about how good they are. I walked in with a large company order, and the whole team immediately worked together to put it all together for me. They even found large boxes so I could carry everything out easily. I had been trying to place the order in advance, but something kept happening and it wouldn't go through. I decided to walk in early to give them time, but I wasn't even there 30 minutes before they had everything ready! The order was correct, organized, and packed perfectly. Probably my 4th time getting completely screwed over at this location by these women in here who dont give a f*ck about doing a good job, especially the obese young one, I say women because its only the women, the young men always make good sandwiches, the women stay slapping that shit together. There's no process or order queue either, you order online but if 8 people walk in before they make you're order it'll be 45 minutes until they even start making your order that you already paid for yet they're giving priority to people who haven't yet. Just left this location about 30 min ago, and I had to write a review because the service was horrible. Just wanted to share with my other yelpers. Save your time and money find another location. Poor little lady was super nice and making orders all by herself for 13 min during a rush today around 3pm. The other employee in the back spraying something when her coworker was struggling. This very rude and I assume busy lady never even offered to help. Finally, rude and unhappy employee comes out to fulfill online order because the customer arrived at the store. She literally threw the order together. For a quick minute I thought this lady was treating us to lunch because of her disgusting attitude. I should have walked out but no, the employee really needed some positive energy. Initially I ignored the uncovered meat and cheese, several leaking panels on the ceiling, and the trash can collecting water from one of the leaks with old green water sitting. Yuck! Wasted money couldn't even give the food to my family. I hope management sees this review and takes corrective action immediately. My next call will be to report the condition of this business. We have been to a lot of Subways within our life and when we popped into this Subway, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Ty who helped us out amazingly with our food. I can say I'll never support this business ever again. The're slogan is "eat fresh" but their food is far from fresh. Their lettuce is wilted, tomatoes soft with bad spots on them, spinach slimy. Some of the employees look gross and slobbish and cannot even built a sandwich that will stay together. They're flat out rude, I've heard one employee even say leave I don't feel like working several times as I've entered the building, and I have even heard the manager belittling an employee to the point they were in tears. I had been there several times but their quality of business has just gone down. There are always new people in there and when you ask they have either quit or have been fired and I begin to wonder why. I have noticed the manager's husband in there working and he was drunk, he left cheese papers between the cheese on my mom's sandwich once even observed him hitting on an employee, and his very presence makes me uncomfortable. His wife is a right piece of work and I can't type what I would like to call her but between their not fresh produce and just observing behaviors of employees and the management I can't even bring myself to go back. I really like Subway as a healthier choice for a fast lunch. This location is good. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. I'm marking it down though because they have this door chime that makes my head want to explode. It goes off every time someone enters or leaves the busy store. I get that they need a chime in case they are in the back prep room but why don't they put the chime back there instead of right where people are trying to enjoy the good food?
