Almost always when we've had a weird day/night craving, Krystals has always been our go-to! It still continues to be though. The people that work there are geniunely so nice. The food more so than not hasn't always been fresh. The last couple times though, we ordered chili cheese fries and asked if we could wait for fresh hot fries. They were more than happy to accommodate that if we were willing to wait at least 5 mins for it. Which we did. Fries did come out hot and fresh. Loved it! I haven't been to a Krystal restaurant in a long time. The Krystal in Titusville was near me and I stopped in . 3 burgers, fries and a drink was my choice. The whole meal was very good and freshly prepared. The meal was hot and delicious. Kaine was my server and she was very pleasant and professional. I had a great meal and was very glad I stopped in. My husband and I were in Titusville visiting a friend, we got hungry while on the road we live in Palm Bay just an hour south of We walked in approximately 1:15 this afternoon 5/12/2025 there was an elderly man in front of us , that's it. There was no cashier visible but, i assume the girl we did see was work drive thru. She looked at us twice, never greeted us at all. we waited a good -10 minutes, nothing . Don't laugh, and don't tell anyone! This is my secret guilty indulgence. I love Krystal hamburgers. I remember living on them as a broke college student hitchhiking around the Keys on spring break. They are one of the original sliders from the depression era, along with White Castle and a host of others, long pre-dating the McDonalds era. Krystal is of the South, whereas White Castle is of the rust belt and northeast. There are two primary differences between the familiar White Castle and Krystal: Krystal uses mustard, not catsup and the buns have a pastry-like sweetness them. And it's that sweetness that is a mindblower. Yum! Whenever I'm in the Titusville area, I make a quick pit stop. Krystal's locations have been closing. Here in the Orlando area, I seen the one that I first discovered when moving here twenty years ago and that I had described it to friends as the southern version of White Castle has closed as many other locations. So, when I was driving by this particular location in Titusville, I had to stop in and grab a burger (ok, it was two, but who really is counting). Is Krystal's great? No and while I infinitely prefer White Castle to Krystal's, I would not say that White Castle was particularly great either. However, these little sliders are a different approach to a burger, so much so that either Krystal's or White Castle are pretty much their own unique food group. Like, I might find myself in the mood for a burger and I am not looking at fast food options. But every so often, I find myself in the mood for one of these iconic burgers and it has to be either Krystal's or White Castle. Don't expect anything beyond what you know about these fast food niche items. If you need a White Castle or a Krystal's, this is a fine stop to satiate that craving. read more

To me, Krystal Company is the "White Castle" of Florida. Unlike White Castle however, it lacks in locations. There used to be one near me but it closed down and turned into a Checker's. Ergo, any chance to eat at Krystal's or the Krystal Company is worth it since I love their puny burgers and chili fries. Thankfully, the one in Titusville is quite nice and has enough to satisfy my cravings whenever I get them. For starters, the place is usually clean. Sporting a bit of a retro diner look, this place is worth your bang and buck. The burgers are simply delicious and the fries are bangin' with chili and cheese sauce. Prices aren't bad though some may consider it a bit of a steal in relationship to the food's size. At least the quality is there. To be fair, I've had take-out from them and they are hit or miss. It seems that the quality of food changes depending on the dedication of the crew working behind the counter. It just happens that my own personal experience for this particular visit was good. As a result, they get four out of five stars from me. Will update if I ever eat there again... though any reason for me to go to Titusville is few and far between. read more

Last couple times we've been here we are the only one in the drive thru. However, we sit at the speaker for nearly 20 minutes after being told we'd be helped. The place was staffed but they seemed to be just standing around. Food was also cold. I was also given wrong food items.. disappointing read more

How hard is to make a burger with only cheese and ketchup on it? It's the equivalent of Astro physics to the staff at this location. I had to repeat it 4 times Only cheese and ketchup and neither of the crew members could understand what that meant. Of corse it come out wrong. Asked to have it remade with ONLY cheese and ketchup. So I am a big fan of Krystal and their little hamburgers and their corn dogs. My first experience with little burgers was at White Castle in the Bronx. Every time we drove through on our way upstate we ate but later paid the price. I don't know what the problem with White Castle was that made us sick every time but this has never happened at Krystal. I have been to this location many times. The staff here is friendly and the service is prompt as a fast food establishment should be. Honestly I would love to own a Krystal, the biggest problem is I probably would gain 300 pounds. I usually get the burgers with cheese and sometimes especially double burgers are called for. The corn dogs our pups pair perfectly with mustard and are cooked to crispy and hot perfection. The fries here are disappointing and I have yet to try the chicken sandwich. I have had countless solid experiences here. read more

I went for breakfast and used the drive thru. I went specifically for a biscuit and gravy plate. It was one biscuit covered in gravy and a medium diet Coke and was almost $5. In my opinion it wasn't that good. The biscuit was fresh, soft and fluffy. I will give them that. The gravy tasted as if was a mix that had pieces of sausage mixed in. It too was fresh and hot. I am not a fan of gravy mix. The service was fast and the girl at the window was pleasant. Not a bad experience, just not worth the cost. read more

This place has really gone down hill in recent years. I used to really like them, I've liked and a lot of the time still like their chiks and chili cheese fries, but the service and quality have gotten bad to the point where I don't think I'd want to go anymore. Last visit gave me slow drive thru service which felt like waiting on hold, a messed up order, soggy bun on one of the chiks, and a drink that tasted less like Dr. Pepper and more like plain soda water. Not the first time either. Plus the inside has looked run down for years, seems dirty and in bad need of a renovation. Not sure if it's this location in particular or Krystal in general, but it's just sad. I want to like them for their more unique menu compared to other fast food around here, but at this point I'd rather just get some chicken and chili and do it myself. read more

Just got home from Titusville Krystals, I live in cocoa, And ALL 5 of my cheese Krystals were burnt to a crisp!!!! I took pics may post them on FB!!!! Never got food like this from this restaurant before!!!. ALL in the garbage not edible!!!! I personally will never go back to this Krystals location. Employee at the window was rude and totally was out of line! Manager failed to handle the situation and failed me as a customer. Just left Titusville location. Went for ayce burger and fry. It was slow and took forever to get a reorder. Ended up walking out still hungry cause even with no customers you couldn't get food served to you. Wasted money and ruined a date night out. Not happy at all with this location. Would of been cheaper to of just ordered off the menu. I don't recommend the ALL YOU FAN EAT KRYSTAL BURGER AND FRY DEAL. OK. Took Paul M's suggestion and decided to give them another try. Walked in a 1:00 pm. No one behind the counter. A couple of minutes later, an employee sticks his head out and says "I will with you in a minute". Five minutes later, with three people now waiting in line and NO sign of service, I leave the restaurant. If that is your idea of "guest satisfaction " you need to find another profession. read more

My husband went to the Titusville Krystal (we live in North Mims) ordered and came home with our food or at least part of it. We were missing the chili cheese fries. Which was a major part of my dinner. We called them and told them and they said they would give us a "free" one. We told them it's not free when we already paid for them. That was all they could do. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was told she was too busy. Hummmm, so drive 20 minutes (one way) pay for food, don't get all of it and for your benefit if you drive all the way back they will give you what you paid for in the first place. Wow! What a deal. Agree with every other bad review.. SLOW and can't follow simple requests. No ketchup isn't rocket science. Stop acting like you are in prison, it's a job, if you hate it that much quit and find something else.. no customer should feel like they are a burden when purchasing food at a restaurant and that's exactly how you feel when eating here. read more

It was really hard to get my wife in the door. She hates the little burgers. I love them. We go in to get me my fix of delicious Krystal burgers and her some chili pups. A customer was complaining about his wait and wanted them to make him some new burgers because they were sitting under the heat lamp while he was waiting for the rest of his order. We thought we were going to be waiting a minute or two so we sat down. I had a bad feeling, so I watched them closely. They did make the customer five new burgers and when he left, they gave me the five old cold burgers that he didn't want ten minutes ago. When the server gave them to me she said they were fresh and she threw extra stuff for our wait. (Nothing extra) I didn't want to complain because if they would do that to me without complaining god only knows what they would do if I did. The place is run by immature unprofessional people. They need to clean house and start over with people that want to work without trying to cut corners at the customers expense. read more

We went to Krystal's in Titusville on Saturday 4/29/2017 at 8:00 AM. It was the worst service and food I have ever had at that Krystal's. They seem to have a 15yr old at register scared to death. They had the big mouth manager as cook not doing a good job! We had three Roudy unsweetened teas and got one said they where making new and 25 minutes later when got two more we couldn't even drink it. We did get money back for the tea but the whole experience was a disaster! Normally they are very good and have a great girl at register but when big mouth manager is involved the place is a disaster! Give her a broom and have her take out trash is all she can do! read more
