Everyone who works in this practice excels at what they do from Dr. Lim, - all assistants, hygienists and office managers. Insurance administration is pro active, clarity of office policies is clear. I've had two procedures during the COVID-19 restrictions. One an emergency and one shortly after the reopening of services. I was aware the practice was following the community and professional guidelines in place and were going beyond what was required to make sure I was safe as well as practice staff. I have always hated going to the dentist. I have a really strong gag reflex, and I hate the sound and feeling of drilling. Dr. Perry and his staff put me at ease right away. They started by giving me nitrous oxide anytime I need it...even if it's just for having xrays taken, or for a simple cleaning. No dentist has ever offered that, to help me relax and be able to have work done on my teeth. Dr. Michael Perry DDS has been my dentist my whole life. I have been fortunate enough to have amazing dental and oral health care. Its nice to not have to worry the weeks prior to an appointment about going to the dentist because him and his staff are gentle and take great care of their patients. I went for biannual tooth cleaning yesterday. I had some jaw problem caused by the use of tooth guard. I was going thru this problem for the last 3 months or so. Dr. Lim understood the problem and fixed 50% of it in her office itself. She gave me cotton bites to use at home for the next 2 days. By then, this problem should be solved 100%, I hope. My initial visit with Dr. Lim was due to a pain issue. I had just moved to Santa Rosa from Ojai California and had to leave a wonderful Dentist there. I was very happy to see pictures of the new babies. They look great! My denture had split in half the Fri before the New Year. They were closed until Tues. I went in at 8am and they sent it out and told me to come back at 4pm. I got a call around 3pm that it was in already. Had a crown replaced. Absolutely PAINLESS! In an out faster than a filling. Had a temporary for less than two weeks...couldn't even tell it was a temporary. Replacement crown went right in with very little adjustment. I VERY HIGHLY recommend Dr Lim. read more
