Disappointed this time. Honey Glazed Chicken did not have enough glazed to even taste it. Chicken legs were very small and not anything like the Honey Glazed Chicken I have had here before. My Endo is going to scream when he sees I ate two of them. The food here is excellent and always has been. The best in Polish cuisine direct from the old country. They feature a lovely buffet that in all honesty, used to be much bigger. I don't much care because I'm here for the party. You don't have to go buffet. Plenty of Ala carte options from pierogis to kielbasa. Check out the extensive seafood menu. If you're getting the frog legs, I feel that the pan fried are tastier and less greasy than the deep fried. Pro Tip: First timers may want to order the Famous Polish Platter. For $18 you get Golbaki, Polish sausage, pierogis, Polish potatoes and Sauerkraut. That'll fill you up. They have full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. You can order carry-out. They even cater. When you finish eating, walk around to their cozy little market and take home some delicacies. Live music. Hopping, foot stomping polka music that makes it hard to sit still. Pierogi, sausage, kraut, cabbage roll, a slice of the best Polish ham, & a mix of hot fried potatoes with hot slaw. Very tasty. I really like the fact that there is such thing as a polish buffet. I also like that there was a bucket of frog legs available because that doesn't come up in my life ever. There was a nice variety of cold foods and the shrimp were beautiful. There was a wide variety of fried foods, but I wasn't as in to those. They also had a carving station. Let me start by saying Homemade polish food. Our friends from Tawas Michigan suggested we all try this place. It's just as I expected a quaint restaurant out of a home. Easy to get to off I 75 freeway. We settled on the smorgasbord all you can eat. Personally I went right to the chicken soup to start. Then the chicken cooked to perfection and yes I did eat several pieces. I didn't pay close attention to everybody else. Just focused on myself. The best way to get value for money here is through the Saturday morning buffet. $8.99 for hot foods, salad bar, and even a dessert bar complete with soft serve ice cream. I've been to Poland and I have a little understanding of the cuisine, so I was sort of confused when I saw the buffet. There was a lot of fried chicken, fried fish(?), and brown green beans. Maybe that's to appeal to the American crowd? I did spot some of the dishes that I expected; pierogi, sausages, sauerkraut, and kopytka. The salad bar was standard but with the addition of what seemed like herring. I enjoyed the pierogi and kopytka the most! Although the latter came in gravy; is that normal? I've never tried it before but it was good. My boyfriend got a giant order of a club sandwich and fries which he was very happy with.
