Hubby ordered the Blackened Redfish and this is where the chef's talents shine. This was the winning dish of the evening. Hubby hates okra, I love it, and I'd never had it grilled before though and I'll be using that cooking technique in the future, especially since hubby actually likes okra finally. A couple in the party bother both ordered the banded paisa one regular sized and the other mini, both came out the same exact size but they have a price difference and they both had random things missing from each plate. Half of the party received their food before others even placed theirs. My friend ordered the Chorizo for her husband, which was $8 and you can see in the picture how insanely tiny that Chorizo was.
