We used the door for a whole day before issues happened. The wire came off the spool again on both sides and this is the same issue I had him out for. I was advised there had to be something that touched it because it doesn't just come off without something falling or touching the door etc. We had not even been able to put anything back in its place because it was that quick of a turn around. Had Jeff been a bit more accepting that things do happen and he would gladly set up a time to come back out to check it out, sure I'd be happy. He arrived today after trying to call a few times. I had laid down with my baby to rest and did not answer the call. My husband let him in and explained the issue. Jeff was not pleasant and mentioned it was something we did to cause the issue. He tossed his tools around while in the garage and was clearly unpleased to return. Had he been a better sport about issues happen, it wouldn't be an issue with me. I absolutely will not use this company again. I'm all for using small businesses and such but when customer service is bad, there's not point.
