The eyebrows were too thick and uneven...the technician also noticed that my brows were not satisfactory and offered to take a percentage off my service. I still paid the total amount and told the technician she can keep the extra in tip. However I will not be back. Update: I went home to attempt to add concealer to correct the eyebrows so that I could go out in public and the brows instantly came off. I've had henna brow tinting before and have never been able to wipe the brows off. I'm thankful because I don't have to walk around looking silly but it's not the service I paid for.

The lash artist I chose, Tavian, texted me a few hours before my appointment to ask if I could come earlier despite me having booked 5PM a month in advance. I still came an hour early. Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. This already made me feel unsure about it and she later told me I could come to get a free touch up. This was a nice offer until she texted me the next night trying to reschedule that too. If you book here, maybe consider their issues with time management.

For my second appointment I went to Chelsea because Brandi was completely booked on the only day I was available. I decided to try 3D lash extensions instead because I have a few weddings to go to this month so I wanted a more dramatic look. I told Chelsea that I wanted either a gorgeous lash shape or a open eye shape. Chelsea suggested to me that I should do open eyelash shape because I have hooded eyes and my natural lashes follow an open eye. I told her I was really tired from work and I wasn't in a chatty mood.
