I paid for the coil then while at the counter I grabbed it, looked at it in the package still and told him it would not work like he lead me to believe. Asked that since it never been out his site, still In the package to refund me. He would not and would not do any negotiating. I said fine. Are you a manager he said he is. I walk in door unlocked and the employee comes from the back "We are closed until 10am!" Me "ohh my bad I didn't know the door was unlocked" could you tell me if yall have x pod?" Him "we have a lot of Pods but I need you out of here right now because it's a security risk" me : " I understand " Him: "so leave!" This is the second time I have received this kind of rude service at this location. Although the last time was almost a yr ago so I kinda ignored it. 1st off if you are closed your front door should be locked unless a customer is inside. So don't be rude to me because you didn't lock your door. It sucks that I have to stop supporting this location because I really liked it. But I'm a strong believer in supporting people who respect you. The employee was flat out rude and showed no respect. The lil sign does say will return at 10am but look at all the clutter around it.! At 9-10am ain't no one reading the signs they are trying to have a coffee and their fix. The door was unlocked. I can't recommend a place where it's a gamble on if you will get basic kindness or not.

It's a whole different vibe here in the iVape Hutto location. The staff seems very knowledgeable and asks the deeper questions to know what is it that works for you. I definitely want to give a shout out to Angel, who helped me pick out some products for my sleeping problems. He definitely knows his stuff and very passionate in helping me find the right product for sleeping better. He even asked me to open the package and take a puff to make sure that it is working before I walk out the door. That's just amazing service I've not seen anywhere else! This place is now my goto spot for everything I need to get a good night sleep.
