I do like to buy local and plan to buy from there again, BUT it will definitely not be as often as I do from the online sources due only to price. He never let me see it, I assumed he just didn't trust me to put it into my hand since he didn't know me. I paid for the coil then while at the counter I grabbed it, looked at it in the package still and told him it would not work like he lead me to believe. Asked that since it never been out his site, still In the package to refund me. He would not and would not do any negotiating. I said fine. Are you a manager he said he is. I asked are you sure you don't want to work with me to make this right, because I'd rather not have to write the negative review. He still refused. Poor customer service. I doubt I will ever return.

This is the second time I have received this kind of rude service at this location. Although the last time was almost a yr ago so I kinda ignored it. 1st off if you are closed your front door should be locked unless a customer is inside. So don't be rude to me because you didn't lock your door. It sucks that I have to stop supporting this location because I really liked it. But I'm a strong believer in supporting people who respect you. The employee was flat out rude and showed no respect. The lil sign does say will return at 10am but look at all the clutter around it.! At 9-10am ain't no one reading the signs they are trying to have a coffee and their fix. The door was unlocked. I can't recommend a place where it's a gamble on if you will get basic kindness or not.

Customer was pretty good, because when I entered the guy was friendly. I asked where I can find the brand of liquor i needed and he verbally directed me to it. I was able to get and out in under 5 minutes. He even let me know that there were different sizes behind the counter for next time This is great neighborhood liquor store. Definitely recommend it.
