I asked if he could please check his store inventory to see if there is possibly any of the product I need in the GNC back stock room. He looked at me like I was stupid and he replied no he couldn't do that. I asked if there is any way he could check inventory at another GNC store location. As he was leaning against a shelf appearing tired, he once again looked at me like I was stupid, and again he replied no he can't do that. I feel sad for the GNC store to have someone with no clue about customer service representing them. I hope GNC will enroll this individual in customer service representative training classes.
