After thoroughly emptying, cleaning, and ensuring all was well, I was informed that if any other issues arise shortly after, it will be the main line and to call that plumber back to do his job. Called the plumber back and informed him of the current situation and how I really needed him to come snake the main line as I had hired/payed him to do but was told that he would charge me again. I first reached out to Hotline Plumbing through Yelp projects to get a quote on how much they would charge to replace a bad automatic shutoff valve with a new one because my home insurance requires it and it has to be done by a license plumber. They responded quickly and set up an appointment the next day to come take a look first. Mauricio called me before arriving to confirm I was home and to give me a status on how far he was. When he came, he told me that my pressure relief valve was bad due to old age and also my psi was high which it was at 120 psi. No other plumber who came out checked the psi for me with a gauge.
