It was a bit worse for wear as the outside was no longer crispy, but the flakiness shows how good it must have been. The pumpkin filling was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The next day, I had a spinach qutab, which I reheated on a cast-iron. It wasn't quite as good as made-fresh, but you could tell how good the crust would have been, and how fresh the spinach still was. Given that trays of food kept coming out as I was browsing, I think this is as good as a buffet gets--it's limited only by the fact that it's a grocery store buffet/hot bar.
