Curry Wurst and sausage lunch special.

Come for the kitchen and stay for the shopping! Kuby's is a North Dallas tradition for good reason. Cute as heck inside, reasonably priced, and so delicious. Do yourself a favor and speak with some of the neighborhood regulars here, they all have good stories and are very welcoming to those of us just visiting. Pro tip: order a little extra curry sauce.

Such a fun place to eat something you can't just find anywhere. I don't think I've had a bad meal here. The chicken schnitzel is always tender and fresh. The Rueben's look amazing and the sausages always seem to be a common option. I always buy them from the market so I can have a little of each. The staff are always so helpful and kind and the checkout clerk at the market keeps it real and it's refreshing to say the least. Always come a few times a year and love that it's become a holiday tradition for my family. Come for breakfast or lunch and you won't be disappointed.

Can't believe I've never been here. Such a quaint restaurant. Awesome friendly service We went for breakfast . Small simple breakfast menu Good portions Potato pancakes were amazing! No room to try their pie but Loved our visit so we will be back! We stopped by the store on the way out and picked up some sausages. All were fantastic!

I didn't eat at the restaurant but came get some bratwurst as we're having a bratwurst bar party. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the flavor profiles and textures. Was hoping to find Curry worse because that was her favorite when we visited Germany. However all the brats were very good and recommend the lusty monk mustard they sell there at the market.

Made to order pork chops, eggs, apple fritter...apple sauce and sour cream. Perfect!!

Always delightful. Great brunch and also shopping in the market area. Mr. Kuby himself was greeting guests in the restaurant area. We ordered pork chops...Yum !

Been coming to the deli / butcher for years and finally had a meal in the restaurant. It was very good. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Will definitely eat at the restaurant again when I'm here.

We're in town for just a short time and wanted to see one of my brothers and my dad while we're here. They've been to Kuby's and really like it. My brother suggested meeting there and we agreed to the plan. It's half restaurant and half market. There were a number of people dining, but there were a few empty tables. We looked over the menu and made our decisions. I'm not a big sausage person so that knocked a few items out for me. But I do love a good Ruben, so I ordered that. Sides were fries or warm German potato salad. The potato salad was never in the running. The sandwich was pretty good. It had a lot of meat on it! It definitely needed more dressing on it though. The fries were fine. The service was good and the servers were friendly and efficient. The dining room was fine - nothing special. They did have a lot of cool steins on shelves behind the bar. I'd recommend it for lunch!

Omg my German heart was in a happy place when I left the place. Authentic food. Staff was very friendly and the price is reasonable. It's a rustic but warmth place. On top they have a market that sells their own meats and sausages. May or may not overbought to take it back home to Florida Def stop by when yiu are in the area.

I'm downgrading my previous review because we just went there a couple days ago for lunch with our friend from Australia after talking the place up. And watched her tear her sandwich apart and ours was a little better. I mean, I'm really sick of going into places like this and getting a lunch sandwich that looks like my grandmother made it for two dollars and paying $15 for it. Breakfast is a whole other experience here but their lunch frankly I would never come back for lunch. Ever.

Cooked them medium rare, and they were a bit tough, had gristle, and the flavor was about what I would expect at Tom Thumb or Kroger. Pretty disappointed and just feel like everything is way overpriced. I could be wrong, but I expect the freshest meat possible when I go to a butcher. If the steaks had been amazing, I wouldn't have cared about the price. In the past, I have purchased a prime rib, which was good but not great. The best thing I have purchased are their pork chops. Those were excellent, and the only reason this is getting three stars.

My husband had found a couple of options in Plano, and we were actually on our way there when I decided to do a quick search. That's when I found Deep Cuts based on the amazing reviews--and we were pleasantly surprised by how close it was. As soon as you walk in, the shop is immaculately clean with a really cool look to it, and they were even playing great house music, which added to the vibe. Raul helped us and he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the cuts of meat. We were looking for certain cuts, and he walked us through everything with so much expertise. We ended up getting the tri-tip, the picanha, and the marinated skirt steak to try based on the reviews. We're definitely coming back for the pork belly, and we want to try their Italian beef sandwiches during the week too. Raul mentioned we can always call ahead to make sure they have the cuts we want, which is super helpful. We were genuinely impressed with this butcher shop. Everyone working there was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I haven't seen a butcher shop like this since I lived in Chicago. This is officially our new go-to butcher. Five stars all the way.

We have a new addition in American Butchers at the Dallas Farmer's Market. These folks know their way around meat. I grew up in the heart of Amish and Mennonite country in Kansas. Butchers and smokers of meat down through the years, you could always get quality cuts of meat and sausages from cattle that never saw a feed lot and pigs from optimal conditions. Years ago when I moved to Dallas, I found Rudolph's Meat Market in Deep Ellum right away to get cuts of meat for special occasions as well as Kuby's and other purveyors for quality meats. American Butchers is a collective of Nebraska ranching and farming families that is marketing their Artisan meat here at the Farmer's Market and I can tell you their meat is beautiful. Half and quarter cows are brought here to Dallas and can be butchered to your specifications; but what they have in their cases is wonderful. All of the meat looks perfect. They had cooked some samples of flank that were soooo tender. We bought some Jalapeño Cheddar Summer Sausage for $9.99/pound that was lean but delicious. You could see the diced Jalapeño in it and chunks of cheddar cheese. We also brought home a lean black pepper salami that was equally as good. We'll be back to shop some more. I was very impressed both with the meat and their professional and knowledgeable service.
