Debra is friendly, professional and extremely skilled. I've had fillers, Botox and Facial Laser procedures for 15 years here in Bellingham and at various doctors and clinics in Bellevue. Please believe me when I say that we are SO FORTUNATE to have Rejuvenation MD here in Whatcom County. Dr. Tianna Tsitsis owns the clinic and provides oversight to all of her clinicians. Debra brought her in to meet me on my last visit and I found her to be truly caring, thoughtful and extremely well trained. Last year I had a psychologically traumatic facelift by what turned out to be a condescending and dismissive local provider. I had been a patient off and on for years and thought I could trust this person. He had told me that I would be kept comfortable during the procedure but while under "anesthesia" I saw the other side of his personality. I was wide awake and horrified the whole time so I nervously chattered away, trying to make myself believe it wasn't so bad. I won't go into all the horrific details. Even though the actual results were ok I will NEVER go back to that provider for anything. I was SO happy to find RejuvenationMD! Debra provided ideas and then treatments that fixed the areas that the facelift missed. She knows how to treat older women and I have heard she is excellent with younger clients as well. I can't recommend RejuvenationMD enough! I took out the Best Self Membership plan. I enjoy the benefits of the program.

Dr. Gilbert and his staff are very friendly and were able to provide an effective cream to lighten my malasma. It's nice that they recommend products that they have stocked and information regarding other vendor options. This is the first experience I've had with a dermatologist. I'm satisfied and will continue to come in as needed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after giving Frontier Dermatology multiple opportunities to…read moreaddress my concerns directly, I feel it's important to share my experience. Before scheduling a cyst removal procedure, I specifically asked whether it would be covered by my insurance. I was told the office would verify my benefits and let me know before scheduling if there were any issues. I later received a call stating that it was covered, so I moved forward with the procedure. Instead, I was surprised with an approximately $800 bill because the charges were applied to my deductible. At no point was I provided with an estimate of my financial responsibility or told that "covered by insurance" could still mean I would owe hundreds of dollars out of pocket. When I contacted both Frontier Dermatology and my insurance company, neither was able to resolve the issue, and my insurance representative even stated that the provider should have explained the deductible before the procedure. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of my experience. During my follow-up appointment to have the stitches removed, the provider commented several times that she was having difficulty removing them. Before leaving, I specifically asked whether everything had been removed, and I was told, "I'm pretty sure I got it all." One area never healed correctly. I returned to the office because I believed a stitch had been left behind. After examining the area, including having a physician take a look, I was told they couldn't find anything and that it might just be an irritated hair follicle. Several months later, the same piece of stich finally worked its way to the surface. I scheduled another appointment--this time at a sister location because my regular office couldn't get me in promptly. When I arrived, I learned my appointment had been changed from a nurse practitioner to a physician without notifying me beforehand, and I was required to pay a $60 copay. The physician immediately confirmed what I had suspected all along: a stitch had, in fact, been left behind from the original stitch removal and removed it during that visit which I was told I wouldn't be charged for, yet months later I'm paying for their mistake. I don't believe patients should be charged to correct a complication caused by incomplete follow-up care, especially after raising the concern months earlier. I filed a formal complaint with Frontier Dermatology requesting a review of the situation, a refund of the copay for the corrective visit, and assurance that I would not receive additional charges related to removing the retained stitch. Staff assured me someone would get back to me quickly. It has now been more than a week, and I have not received a phone call, an email, or any acknowledgment of my complaint. Mistakes can happen in any medical practice. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. My frustration comes not only from the billing issues and the retained stitch, but also from the lack of communication and accountability afterward. Make sure you have them sit down with you to review costs, insurance coverage before agreeing to any procedure or you'll be in for an unwelcome surprise!

We discussed both and she recommended the Obagi line of products, including an anti-aging product called Tretinoin, of which she was out of stock. She assured me she about to place an order and would let me know when the product was available. She further assured me she was very responsive to all contact, including email. I bought other skincare products while I was there. After about a week and a half, I still hadn't heard from her so I followed up via email, asking about the Tretinoin and stating that I wanted to schedule my first Photofacial. Without going into minute detail, it took days for her to respond and several emails from me to finally find out, after three weeks, that she was then out of the country on vacation. At that point, I gave up and purchased the Tretinoin from Amazon. I experienced some uncomfortable side effects after using the product, so I emailed Nancy again to ask if this was normal. Oh, to THIS she responded - responded that since she hadn't sold me the product, she couldn't "counsel" me on its use. WHAT? Further, she THEN informed me that this was a "prescription only" product and "that's the problem with ordering prescription-only products on the internet without a prescription." Nancy never advised me prior to that email that Tretinoin was prescription only and I didn't buy it from some sketchy, out of the country website - I bought it from Amazon. Further, she certainly DID recommend this product to me, yet she would not provide even the most basic guidelines on its use because I didn't buy it from HER - nevermind that I TRIED to buy it from her and only her unavailability made me look elsewhere. Terrible business practice.

Look, I understand "busy", but I almost never had one person do my whole "fill"...last time it was 4 different people...for a fill! Like they'd do a bit, and then TAG someone in. And, I'm sure as a result of this fingernail g-bang, the results were inconsistent. Especially lately. Also, the guy who worked on my nails the most at that place (not M&T, I'm still talking about my former salon) is depressing. I feel bad, he's got personal issues going on, but holy mother of...I left needing a drink most days. I don't want to feel sad when I am able to splurge and get my nails done. Wow, now I sound like a jerk. Probably because I am a jerk. But I digress... ANYHOO...decided to give M&T Nails a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I didn't make an appointment as it was sort of an impulse stop - i.e. I looked down and went WOW, MY NAILS LOOK AWFUL, I MUST REMEDY THIS IMMEDIATELY. But, even without an appointment, the employees at M&T were able to get me in right away for a pedicure and then a fill - and they did a GREAT job. My nails look great! The three ladies I spoke with - the one who did my pedicure, another who did my fill, and the third who was doing someone's nails right next to me - were all delightful. There was also some dude there and he was probably the one that another reviewer said was high. Whatever. He didn't do my nails. Toke up, little buddy. I don't care. :)~ Also...did I mention...THERE'S A PUG DOG THERE? THEY HAVE A DOGGO IN THE SALON AND HE'S GLORIOUS. Unless something bizarre happens - and I mean bizarre in a bad way, I don't mind bizarre - this will be my regular spot from now on. P.S. My fingernails have been complimented 4 times today alone.
