First-Time Visit - Amazing Experience! This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I had such a great experience! The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I didn't have to wait long to be attended to. I got a full set of acrylic nails, gel shellac on my toes, and an eyebrow wax -- and everything turned out perfect. Vincent did my acrylic nails, and not only was he super friendly, but his technique was amazing and very precise. I absolutely loved how they turned out. Helen did my gel shellac and also my eyebrow wax. She was just as friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Service was amazing, very friendly nail artists with lots of skill! A bit more expensive than most places I've been to but the speed and skill along with the overall vibes make me feel the price is fair. I got short acrylics with a Halloween design and the friend I went with got solar nail French tips and both turned out just to our liking. The acrylics are a thinner set rather than thick ones some places do and are very even with perfect shaping. The solar nails were quicker than most places and not too thick as well with no air bubbles or bumps. read more

Rude. Made an appointment late Sunday. I told them I had a lash appointment and wanted to come after. They told me that they were going to have somebody stay to do them. Then texted me confirming. I replied to the text telling them I'm on my way. Get there and 3 people are there 2 doing nails. I'm sitting in full view of workers and after 5 min one guy said "what?" I said "I called" he said "no" then the other guy who I spoke to earlier said "we can't do your nails because the guy can't stay" and even though he was finishing instead of honoring the appointment he asked me to come the next day. With 4 broken nails, i would've gone to the other salon that I declined the appointment for this place. Anyway, at least they had comedy going for them. Like id come back after they demonstrated how little my time meant. Unprofessional and the place was another run down spot probably harboring nail fungus infections by the looks of it. But you know who saved the day? nails next to target. And this place was immaculate and the staff was amazing. So in a world full of shitty nail places, what's one more? It's a competitive market and customer service matters. Well, obviously not to them. They could've just responded to my text at the very least... but they don't have that option. read more

Came in a couple weeks ago. I should have known better when the guy who was working the front desk started doing my nails. He proceeded to do half the service till he handed me to someone who knew what they were doing. The second guy had to redo two nails that were crooked. The nails he redid were the only nails that lasted the rest came off so easy. I basically paid $100 for "press on nails". read more

Guy was about 25, with sun in in his hair hair , tried to scam me . . I stated I wanted pearl tip with light glitter, showed him a picture, which he actually took too , proceeded to do my nails with clear nails. I asked several times what about "pearl tip" He said this is good like this. Acting like he couldn't understand and I said okay fine I trust you. Then manager came up and asked if everything was okay. Then I said y'all don't have pearl tip? He said yes, the pulled them all out. I told him immediately what I said and what I wanted . The nail tech said it's too late. I told him I did want that to begin with and showed him the pic. I knew he was trying to get more then just the normal 45-50$ for Pearl TIP. Also the other nail tech next to mine was there and chose not to help ... manager stated that because I didn't choose the other tech she couldn't say anything.... Employees who don't help other employees and managers dont help their employees here. This was also the 2nd time I came here . I won't be coming back read more

No stars at all. I went in and the nail tech started removing the gel with a drill. She went down to my nail and removed some of my nail. I know this is a much quicker way, but it concerns me. So after I saw the way my nail looked I asked her if she would remove the gel with remover and foil. She got up and walked to the back and never came back. There was a man sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs. I told him I guess I should leave bc it didn't look like she was coming back. He said go ahead and leave. That's fine. That was immature, rude, and just ridiculous to treat anyone that way, much less a regular customer. There are nail salons on every corner. See ya in my rear view mirror! I hope they will do better with folks. It's too expensive to begin with, then to be treated that way. Silly business practices! read more

Just a dip powder set today. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of the salon, the staff, and their work. Quinny is the BEST NAIL ARTIST! All you have to do is show her a picture and she can replicate it. The vibe is casual and modern....clean and professional while still feeling like a small town shop. So when I walked in the gentlemans came and talked to me about getting my nails did what I wanted to do had every question that I needed answer places smells good it's a beautiful place they played country music that I love it made the tone in there feel comfortable one of the gentlemen started preparing my nails for the lady that was coming her name was Ruby and Ruby did so fabulous on my nails she took her time she looked at my nails constantly to make sure she was doing them perfect she didn't rush she always ask questions she even asked me if I wanted to change my color because I was explaining to her I the dress I was wearing and she helped me choose my right color for me Ruby went beyond the service that I thought I was going to get mine y'all why I say this is because I walk in and there's nobody there and this is it 9:00 right when they open the baby let me tell you Ruby made me feel so comfortable I love my nails I love the way she shaved them I love the way she made me feel like she's done my nails for years first time I will give this place a 1000 you need your nails done go in and ask for Ruby but I seen this other gentleman and I wish I would have called his name he did the girl that came in after me and in that man he did that woman's nails so beautiful and he put all these rhinestones on them they are beautiful I wish I would have found this place before today 11:21/2025 I will not go back to the place I was going to I will start spending my money here the only thing that I will say negative is their napkin dispenser was not working the place smelled good they sanitized everything they offered me drinks constantly I was there 5 minutes asked me for a drink I said no thank you I think it was like 20 minutes later they asked me for another drink I said no thank you again I think it was another 15 minutes they asked me again I said no thank you mind you when I was walking out the door the dude even asked me if I wanted one these people know customer service and I appreciate it if you don't know about this place you better know about this place like I said before read more

I've never done fake nails before and they made me feel so much less awkward and made sure I liked what it looked like through every step. They did have to switch out techs about halfway since one of the others was better at the nail art I requested which I super appreciated. The price was also super reasonable. Manicure / pedicure Very poor quality, I had to ask for nails to be redone because it looked so bad. Clumpy polish, didn't trim cuticles at all. Polish didn't cover entire nail. Rather than having me sit at counter to do my nails, I had to cross my hands over my legs so girl could do my manicure at the foot bath location. Very uncomfortable/ and unprofessional. read more
