In summary, I don't know if she thought my husband was a delivery man, which does not justify her behavior at all, or if she is just rude to everyone, but she told my husband "next time you wait outside." Under the rain? In a restaurant where people dine in? With enough space to wait? My husband gladly said "don't worry, there won't be a next time."
