My wife misplaced the order to this location from the Kungfu tea app. She did call right away to cancel on the phone, but got an insincere misdirection to call Level Up, payment vendor. Then they stopped picking up the phone. I can't say anything about the tea at this location, but handling seems very shady. read more

Big fan of this KFT. I think we have been to every single KFT in Maryland. This one does the drinks perfectly right. Can't say that for the EC or Towson. We go out of way to come get KFT at this location. Love the location and space. Never crowded. No lines. Uses the app. read more

I was here the other day and it was really good! The menu is also amazing- lots and lots of options. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay cash If spent less than $4 and there is not much on the menu for that price but...don't feel like it's worth docking a star over! Would give 0 stars if I could. I don't know if everybody but me knew this but if you go here and order taro, they will give you black tea flavor and insist it is the same thing. When I said they messed up my order bc cause it didn't taste like taro they dismissed me saying I should know black tea and taro are the same even tho it says that no where on the menu and they aren't the same??? After many attempts they refused to give me an exchange or any type of refund even though I got something totally different from what I asked for. Bubble tea in Waugh Chapel, what's not to love? I had the taro milk tea with bubbles. It was probably the best bubble tea I've ever had. The bubbles were fresh and chewy, but gummy chewy as opposed to the rubbery chewy I usually find. And the bubbles actually had flavor! It was a little on the sweet side but not enough to make it anything less than delicious. We will definitely be back! read more

So happy that this location opened up! I've been longing for a GOOD bubble tea place in the area and Kung Fu does not disappoint! Went in on Sunday afternoon expecting a crowd but that wasn't the case. The staff was ready to work, regardless. We go there almost daily- the place is great. The whole family has at least one or two favorite menu items, how often does that happen! They open kinda late (11am I think) so I'll usually get two iced teas while I'm there; one for today and one for tomorrow. They use this fancy shrink wrap top machine thing- so the drink is air tight and by my calculations lasts several days (but I'm not sure if the milk teas fair as well. You're mileage may vary). The owner/manager, Jessica, at this store is extremely rude and disgusting. The cashier Saela up front accidentally gave us the wrong drink and we had already opened it before realizing it wasn't ours. Btw the cashier is very sweet and nice. Anyway Jessica comes out yelling. She asks the cashier if we stole the drink and the lady even admitted it was her fault and that she gave it to us by accident. (We had an order of 5 drinks and she didn't realize some weren't made yet). Still, Jessica yells at us in a very rude and condescending tone and demands us to give the drink back, and I was like it's already open my little cousin can drink it why waste it. And she yells no give it back and (this surprised me) slams it into the trash can! Literally everyone in the store was staring. It was so embarrassing. People like this should not be allowed to operate a store! I have literally never met anyone so mean in customer service. She would have lost nothing by letting the little girl have the tea but she would rather do the most and be rude. I hate people like this, people who refuse to do something for others even tho it wouldn't make any difference to them. Whether we drink it or she throws it away it literally makes no difference to her. And I hate seeing food/drink wasted like that. If she just gave me the chance I would have rather paid for the extra drink than have her just throw it out like that. read more

Flavor of bobas was not great, almost stale, and there was a distinct powdered milk and artificial flavoring taste to the beverages (which is standard, but I've been spoiled by other places). The employees are nice and service is fast, there's decent seating where people can chat or study. read more

I really enjoyed the honey bubble milk tea and my mom loved her honey lemon black tea. But wished they offered something to eat like some light fare--sandwiches, scones, cookies, croissants or Asian desserts. Perhaps they can have a local baker supply them with pastries or baked goods if they can't cook on the premises. I was excited to try the tea but I was also starving for lunch so we drank half our drinks, took them with us, then ate lunch elsewhere. Would have been nice to have our teas and eat something there as well. Other hungry people would likely skip this place and go to somewhere that offered food and drink. I am just hoping the proprietors read this and take this as constructive criticism since they offer something that is unique and I hope they continue on. read more

Very excited to see this place open but disappointed in the tea I got. I ordered a milk green tea with half the syrup and bubbles. First sip got me hot bubbles among cold drink which is a very weird feeling. The half syrup is still very sweet (about regular sweetness of Starbucks matcha tea frappe), and I couldn't taste the tea in there. As a matter of fact the whole drink looks white, might as well be King Fu milk. Unless you are a big milk fan, would advise against anything with 'milk' in the name otherwise all you get is milk, no taste of tea. Also the bitter melon drink is made from premade powder so you can't adjust the sweetness on that. read more

I have written this before, but my order is constantly messed up whether it taste SO sweet or watered down milk. I have ordered the coconut milk tea and it always taste like sugar water with a drop of milk. Service is alright, nothing overly pleasing. read more
