This was my first time here after having it on my must try list for a long time. My open face ultimate lox bagel was absolutely delicious and enough for 2 people! The bagel was the perfect texture; soft with just the right amount of pull! My iced coffee was really good as well. It was smooth and not bitter at all, exactly what an iced black coffee should be. Because it's good, it's extremely busy so I'll order on the app next time but it was well worth it. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. It's was perfect for a Sunday morning stop as we walked there from home ate and walked back home. No complaints... we'll be back.

Walking in Nico's all that I could say is, "Wow!". The decor and vibe is beautiful and energetic, then you see the variety of bagels takes the experience to a higher level. The customer service was so friendly and helpful. Be prepared to wait a little for your food but it's definitely worth the wait!
I've been very excited to try Nico's since I've heard great things. I went on a weekday during the Christmas week, so it was very busy. I'm sure it was busier than a normal weekday. After ordering on the kiosk I waited about 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered a plain bagel with lox cream cheese, and I can't say it was anything extraordinary. I probably enjoyed the cream cheese more than the bagel itself, but I'll probably get a flavored bagel the next time I visit. I also ordered the home fries, and these were amazing. It was definitely my favorite from my meal. The seasoning was perfect. In addition to sides like home fries, they also sell other items, like croissant breakfast sandwiches, drinks like lattes and mochas, and even omelettes. I'll visit again to try some of their other items.

To top it off, I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced coffee, which was just as amazing. The hunt for the crab bagel continues, and trust me, I'm not giving up. Word to the wise: it's only available Fridays and Saturdays, so call ahead or order online early. Otherwise, you might end up like me -- crab bagel-less but still smiling because everything else is that good.

I've driven by Nico's Bagel & Brunch so many times and finally decided to stop in. Boy, am I glad I did! At first, I wasn't sure where to order when I walked in and stood behind a couple, but I noticed two kiosks off to the side which made it super easy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I originally ordered the Buttery Pecan Mocha, but they were out and suggested the Iced Ultimate PSL instead, and wow, it was delicious. I also tried the pumpkin spice bagel with pumpkin cream cheese schmear, and it was amazing. This isn't your typical Bagel spot, they have a lot of options! Can't wait to come back and try the Crabby Bagel next time, and maybe the gelato too. Highly recommend!
Friendly service and tasty bagels! I tried the BLT and Crabby bagel and catch this-- they don't skimp on the bacon or the crab. The bagel was delicious (honestly can't put it in to words) just try for yourself! Let's just say the crab bagel represents Maryland well lol I'll be back for another bite!
I finally made it to try the famous crabby bagel , the bagel was really good great texture , the crab dip that its stuffed with is better than some sit down restaurants crab dip lots of meat and really flavorful. It was really busy the Saturday morning I went so i used the kiosk to order and took my order to sit out side i will for sure be back to get more bagels , i went in Oct so they some Carmel apple energy drink it was really tasty reminded me of carmel apple lollipops !
I noticed Nico's Bagels & Brunch when I patronized another business in the area and I said, I have to look this spot up! Glad I did because they have some terrific options for breakfast and more. Bagels, Bagel sandwiches for breakfast and for lunch, omelets, cute and fun drinks, milkshakes, gelato and so much more! Located on the same row as Mucho Gusto, Nico's offers dinners the option of dinning in, take out and online ordering. I placed an order online and picked up my food. The online ordering process was very easy and to the point. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese on a wheat everything bagel with home fries. My food was ready when I arrived and it was piping hot. I went home to partake and I must say, the bagel sandwich was gigantic and delicious! The home fries were also tasty! All and all, I was highly impressed! Great selection of bagels, friendly staff and great location. I'm just glad I happened to see this location on a whim, otherwise, I would be missing out on some awesome food!

Nico's Bagel is a very popular bagel shop in the Gambrills area. The story behind it and how it got started is touching. The bagels are always fresh and they're similar to NY style bagels. Foot traffic could get pretty busy here in the mornings and definitely on the weekends, so I would recommend visiting when they first open or order in advance. I tried four different types of bagels from Nico's. The following consisted of the jalapeño, blueberry, everything and cinnamon raisin with vegan cream cheese spread. The vegan cream cheese tastes kinda similar to dairy cream cheese, but with a lighter taste and texture. All the bagels were plushy, good and fresh, however my absolute favorite bagel is the jalapeño, yum! I would recommend paying Nico's Bagel a visit. read more

This place gets really busy on the weekends, but it's well worth the crowd and small wait. The coffee and lattes are delicious. My daughter LOVES the mango smoothie. I had the Open Face Loaded Lox Bagel; it was delicious and plentiful. I didn't eat for the rest of the day. read more
Stopped by Nico's Bagels after noticing it on a recent family dinner. It was a decent crowd for a late Monday morning, there is plenty of seating inside to enjoy your food, but I got my order to go. The staff was friendly and offered help even though I didn't need it. I ordered at one of the kiosks, and waited about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. There's so many options, I'll have to go back, especially to try their viral crab dip bagel (only offered fri-sun). The drink was good, not too sweet, but I wanted a little more pecan flavor. The sandwich was bomb, soft bagel, good ingredients, lots of flavor. I'll be back for sure. read more
Nicos is in a really good location with a lot of parking options. The service was good, but a bit chaotic with very little waiting space. It was busy when I visited (1030 on a Saturday morning) and I felt like I was always in the way no matter where I stood. They offer a wide variety of bagels (true to their name...) and other items. I enjoyed my bagel and will definitely go back to try other items that sounded great on the menu. read more
Nico's Bagel in Gambrills seriously outdid themselves with this one! The crabmeat bagel is next level--fresh, buttery, and packed with real lump crab that melts right into the warm, toasted bagel. You get that perfect balance of savory seafood and creamy goodness in every bite. It's not your average breakfast sandwich--this is Maryland flavor done right. Definitely worth the drive! I did not particularly care for the individual handling the online orders. She was a little on the unfriendly side. read more

These are probably the best bagels in Maryland! As someone who is particular about their bagels, Nico's does it right! These are truly New York-style bagels! They have a great flavor and the right consistency! I highly recommend the Blueberry Crunch Bagel. It was so fresh and tasted like REAL blueberries. I accompanied this with blueberry schmear, and you can see the chunks of fresh blueberries in it! I also decided to try the Sweetheart Mocha Coffee and it was just as impressive! It tasted like real strawberries and chocolate, not the artificial stuff. It was like someone took chocolate-covered strawberries, liquefied them, and put them in my coffee without all the pulp. This was my first time here, and I can't wait to come back and try some of their other things! I got an Everything Bagel and a Bialy to go, and I'm looking forward to it! read more
I ordered my breakfast online last night because the crabby bagels go so fast! The owner greeted me and he was as nice as the last time I met him. He told me how the MD crab was caught early in the week, processed and delivered for us for the weekend. The restaurant was full and friendly with singles, couples and families enjoying and picking up their food. I really enjoy this place and wish I could get by more but that would be a problem too lol. read more
I have driven by this place in several times, and had a hankering to try it. I love carbs, it's a guilty pleasure of mine. Due to reading the other reviews because of the wait, I placed my order in advance on the website which was seamless. I was able to walk in pick up my order about 15 minutes later. When I went in, the place was packed! The tables were filled and there were lines galore. The bagel itself was awesome, the perfect chewiness and a great flavor. There was a fair amount of salmon and not too much cream cheese. One of the better sammie's I've had of this kind. I will be going back AND ordering ahead. read more

Grabbed a breakfast bagel the other day. Nicos is a nice place to go and grab a bagel or a speciality drink. It's has plenty of seating and good service. The breakfast bagel was fresh and flavorful. Omg! Nico's is finally open! Make sure you swing by this weekend for their grand opening and try one of their fruity pebbles, oreo, or french toast bagels! Bagels!!!!!!! First we had the crab bagel and it was amazing! Then we tried the Asiago and blueberry crunch bagel and they were just the way I like them soft and delicious! Also the mocha coffee any way you like a so good and not too sweet! Also order the crab bagel in advance they run out!!! read more
A couple of new restaurants have recently opened on the back end of this Plaza, and Nico's is among them. It's a little hard to find if you're in the area for the larger stores. It's one of those places that has embraced touch screen ordering. Annoyingly, people mill around the counter area in a vague line to wait for orders -- I joined the queue and stood there for a few seconds before realizing. oops. The menu has your familiar bagel shop items, plus some lunch things. Salads. Smoothies. I got a salmon bagel and a mango smoothie. There's a screen that displays your estimated wait. Mine said fifteen minutes, but was up in like three. The bagel sandwich was fairly basic, but good -- the bagel was fresh, cream cheese tasty, and salmon fresh. It also came with a pickle. The smoothie was a bit more icy and less smooth than I prefer, but passable. There's some nice outdoors seating, too. read more
We tried this place for the first time on weekday for an early afternoon brunch. The bagel sandwiches are simply fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. We also ordered the seasoned home fries and they were super delicious. Coffee was a little weak compared to going to a regular Rise Up but still good. The atmosphere and contemporary monitor ordering process is also very nice. They also have a point of service for orders Heads up in winter. Wear a cover up when dining in. The cold air rushes in when patrons enter or exit. We will definitely return here in the future and we strongly recommend. read more

When I tell you the food was amazing it was! I am from NY and haven't see bagel places in Bowie. So when I saw this spot I was so excited! I had the potatoes, this watermelon drink and a ribeye cheesesteak on a salt bagel. You can choose any bread you want. The sandwich comes with lettuce and tomatoes too. There are three ways you can order, online, kiosk area or you can wait online. It was packed so ordering online just made sense. It's a small but not tiny place. They have outside seating too. Plenty of parking too. Prices were decent, the drink was pricey but I still enjoyed it! I can't wait to go back! Enjoy my pictures.. read more

I love this place! I'm gluten intolerant and love that it's another fast/casual breakfast/brunch place with options that I can choose from! The service is helpful and the staff were super attentive from the moment my party walked in to order. We ordered the following and everything was delicious. I'm sure this will be a new weekly staple for my family. - Healthy Omelet (minus onion): the omelet was the perfect portion and it was cooked well 5/5 - Gluten Free Plain Bagel: my first time having a bagel since being found gluten intolerant. It was so tasty and toasted perfectly 5/5 - Breakfast potatoes: seasoned and cooked perfectly 5//5 Bacon Egg 'n Cheese Bagelwich - my partner loved this. There's a little wait but that's because it's worth it! I ordered the pork roll egg and cheese everything bagel. O my gosh, DELICIOUS! Excellent made bagels, chewey and fresh, pillowy bagel with cheddar cheese! Love it. The restaurant is spacious and airy, clean and lots of sunshine. I also had a fresh cup of Rise Up coffee. I woke up early on a Sunday and ordered online the cheesy crab bagel because rumor has it they run out fast. I ended up getting a flat tire on the way so I picked up my bagel, called AAA to plug my tire and headed home to enjoy it. And, it was everything I heard it was. The best bagel place around! Super cute and spacious spot with such a fun atmosphere. The staff were incredibly nice and they even had a Santa there. They're doing a countdown to Christmas deal each day which is such a fun touch. The bagels are creative and unique with some flavors only available for the holidays. I got the Jersey bagelwich and it was sooo good. We also tried a few others including the Oreo bagel which was amazing and not too sweet or overwhelming at all. Definitely recommend! read more
