Delicious!!! My favorite drink is milk cap winter melon tea with no boba. The salty cream followed by the semi sweet winter melon tea in ice makes for a refreshing drink!!!! It's kind of hard to mess up bubble tea but it's also difficult to impress me but I am happy to say that I am impressed with their Oreo Wow bubble tea. Of course I'm a huge oreo fan so theres that, I think next time I'll try it with popping coffee boba or just add oreo to the coffee milk tea. It's hardly a health food but its healthy for the soul so that is good enough for me. They have a menu that is almost overwhelming in options but the top 10 list and other advertised options in the shop is helpful. Glad to see another boba spot in Omaha! read more

Absolutely love Kung Fu tea and so happy a location opened in Omaha. This is a national chain and we've had it in California and Chicago. Spoke with the owner who is very helpful and friendly. Huge variety of drinks made the way you like. Boba is fresh, soft and slightly sweet. We ordered the Kung Fu milk , Chia milk teas and rosehip lemonade. I recommend trying different toppings my favorite is the pudding and boba. We will be returning and highly recommend. read more

So if you've read any of my other reviews you'll know I'm a big fan of boba tea. Imagine my surprise when I found out recently a new boba tea shop was opening in Omaha . Extra points because it's near my workplace!! This makes me happy as we don't have many stand alone shops that offer boba, excluding restaurants. I am a regular customer of Thirst Tea but I also have an open mind and I'm always interested in trying new places. When I walked in the staff greeted me right away and the cashier was very friendly and took the time to walk me though their menu which I appreciated. They offer a good variety of milk teas, slushies , punches and expresso. I decided to go with a Medium Chai Milk as I love the spice. However, I wish I could have tasted more of the Chai , it was somewhat subtle in flavor . I will say it was the right amount of sweetness and I enjoyed the brown sugar taste from the boba , since I like my milk teas pretty sweet. The consistency of the boba was good for the most part however there were a few hard pieces. I'm anxious to come back in the future and try some of their other teas before I make a final judgement. read more

This was my first time trying Kung Fu Tea ( we have one in San Jose, CA) so I was a little skeptical trying Boba here in Omaha. To my surprise, the milk tea is really good! Top of my list comparing to other places in SF/Bay Area. I tried 3 drinks: First drink I had was the Mango Green Tea - 0% sugar with Boba and Lychee - Still a little sweet for my liking. If i had to change it, i would keep it regular ice and opt out of the lychee jelly. I will give it a solid 7 out of 10 Second Drink: Matcha Milk Tea with Boba and Pudding - my my my, made perfectly. SOLID 10 out of 10 Third Drink: Sesame Matcha Milk Tea with Boba. Great consistency. The sesame gives it a twist (way different flavor to the reg. matcha mt). So its good to switch it up here & there. My rating will be a 9.5 out of 10. All three drinks were reasonably priced, so I can't complain there. Another plus to their drinks was the service! Unfortunately I did not get both names of the girls working that night but they were so friendly and helpful. Easy to strike up a conversation about asking what good food spots to eat and places to go see (since I am from out of state). I also met the owner that night as well, Chien (Chinh) - sorry for spelling your name wrong - but very pleasant guy! Made my friend & I feel so comfortable and welcomed. This location isn't the most visible from 72nd. You have to drive around the back side of the shops to see it eventually. The place is getting small, only 3 very small tables. Placing an order takes time if they are already making existing orders. The wait is longer than expected and the Oolong Tea with Oreos wasn't a good choice on my part. I should have picked a fruit style tea without any milk products. If I would go back, I would probably come at a non prime time hour. Other bubble type tea places on the West Coast are the standard this place hasn't matched yet. I hope they are able to expand to a bigger place in an open environment that allows people to sit and enjoy their drink. read more

Kung Fu Tea - A friend and I went to Omaha for a quick night getaway from home in the pandemic. I was delighted to see this place in Nebraska. My first time was in Las Vegas a few years ago in our self-titled "Greatest Strip Mall In the World" on Spring Mountain (Raku, Monta Ramen, etc..) Honestly, when I arrived, I thought it was going to be a hot mess, because it was small, busy, and set up for pandemic take-a-way. However, it was super easy, super quick, the staff was wonderful and the drinks were great. One order ahead of me had $65 in drinks. My drinks were awesome, sealed, and easy to carry out. If I had to say anything, they were out of the cap toppers and they didn't ask me about how sweet I wanted the drink. The drinks were just as I wanted, full of jelly, boba, and flavor. Next time, I will ask for less sweet in my black tea. Thanks for opening this place. I hope others try the jellies, puddings, and bobas. Hidden Gem. read more

Kung Fu Tea outdoes themselves every single time. The drinks are always beyond amazing, but on top of that the customer service is absolutely. 100%. unmatched. The owners are for sure up there in the sweetest people I've ever met, and the drinks are beyond worth driving 20 miles round trip for. They take the time and effort to make each experience its own, and their friendless and care is obvious every time. I'm so grateful they opened a Kung Fu Tea here in Omaha! The staff is very friendly and the boba milk tea is very consistently yummy. I always swing by for a drink anytime I'm around 72nd street. While KFT may be known as just an "okay" chain outside of Omaha, this is definitely the best one in town and it always satisfies my boba cravings. Cute, friendly tea shop with tons of drink options. They have flavors ranging from different fruits to coffee to Oreos to matcha, and of course they offer tapioca pearls. They also offer Lactaid for lactose intolerant customers. There is a small seating area in front (inside) with benches and little tables and lots of power outlets.
