We decided to try some milk teas from here and placed an online order. My wife placed an order, Kung Fu Tea called her and said items were out of stock and cancelled the order. So we went in and placed a different order and received our new order promptly. The teas were good, nothing spectacular. We reminded person at the register about the cancelled order and asked about the refund, they said it would refund immediately. It did not, and we made several calls to Kung Fu Tea to have them fix this. The staff is incompetent, they didn't know how to process a refund, we asked for the manager twice and were told they would get back to us, they never did. After 2 weeks and several attempts at getting a refund back for a cancelled order, we just disputed the charge on the credit card. We won't be coming back here. read more

I came in here after work one day since it's across the street and I was so excited to see they were having a Care Bears collab!! The store is super clean and welcoming, and smells great too. Sometimes a cold drink just makes sense for a cold type of day? I do not think that any of the Kung Fu Tea shops have ever disappointed when it comes to the texture and taste of the boba. There is that nice, sweet taste, in addition to the perfect consistency. This location is a little odd with not as much parking, however, it is conveniently located in an area close to the college. The workers were professional and made the drinks without any delay. I always find it wholesome when restaurants or businesses decorate their building according to the season and/or holidays. Highly recommend ordering on the app for drinks ahead of time so you do not have to wait for the times where it may be a busier day. This location is now another addition to San Marcos with an already flooded boba area within a 5 mile radius. They are located in a mixed use area of San Marcos. Parking is a bit difficult to find. The drinks here are tasty and reasonably priced. With the current Covid-19 Pandemic, they are only doing take out orders. I was able to order via the app which made the process so simple. I was able to pull up and get my drinks, though they weren't even suppose to be ready for another 20 minutes! I'll be back again as my in laws live in the area. Remember to tip well!
