Recently discovered this boba shop! The service is friendly and easy. They greeted us as we walked in and took our order right away. I got the mango green tea that already comes with mango jelly which is nice! They have plenty of seating as well as a cute table set up! They have a fun claw machine I try every time I go but sadly haven't had the best luck haha

Stopped by Kung Fu Tea and got the mango slush with lychee jelly balls. It was actually really good. The mango flavor was super refreshing and the lychee jelly was perfect. Everything tasted fresh and blended perfectly. Definitely a good choice if you're in the area.

Mmmmmmm the boba here is absolutely delicious! The service was great, cashier seemed to really enjoy being there! Typical boba shop vibe, games, claw machine and a nice Chinese style seating area. Trying to find parking in this area is a nightmare. The Kung Fu Tea is tucked between the nail salon and Cosmo Prof, and when you finally do snag a spot, it's definitely tight. Chill vibe. Now, about the drinks -- I honestly thought, where's the rest of my drink? The menu or the ways they make the drinks may be slightly different from the Rancho San Diego location. I originally wanted a Matcha Milk with strawberry (not on the menu) so I ordered two medium drinks. What I got felt more like a child's cup than a medium. The balance of the drink was off too, which made me wonder why it wasn't listed. I ended up switching to a regular Strawberry Milk Tea instead. This time, it was actually really good -- lighter, not too thick, and tasty. The owner himself remade my order without any fuss, and he was super kind, which I appreciated. That said, I do wish they'd adjust the drink sizes. I would happily pay more if I had known the "large" here is basically the "medium" elsewhere. I guess that's what I get for assuming all Kung Fu Tea locations are consistent. Overall, the drink was good, the Bobba a little more mushy than it use too. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to return to try other drinks here. Giving 3.5 stars but bumping it up to 4 for the great hospitality.

This place is consistently one of the best boba places I go to. The service is always very nice, and you don't have to wait too long for the order. It's always really clean inside and they also have wifi if you want to get some work done. I don't know if they have food, but all the drinks I've tried have always been good and they have the best boba in my opinion.

After a hot workout class, I was craving a milk tea. I've been to the Kung Fu tea in the Convoy and always had good experiences, so I gave this one a try. I'd never had the Almond milk tea before but it was so. good. Seriously might be my new favorite! The flavor was perfectly balanced between almond and tea, and the boba had that classic Kung Fu floral flavor. The server was kind and the shop was clean. Don't miss out on this spot - it's tucked away in a shopping center!

Usually I love this place, but I just got decived and with Christmas too. Bahhumbug. They have mystery bags at the front and I was expecting like maybe a candy they sell or a king fu tea logo sticker. Nothing crazy. But NO...I got a snowman and a broken ornament....like wtf? Oh and did I mention it is cash only and no returns. Can you say shady... If you're gonna offer a mystery bag...atleast put something from your store!? That's pretty standard. Someone's trying to earn some extra under the table cash this season

This is one my most fav places to go for milk tea. I love it here so much. The staff is great, it's very clean,and they make their drinks very fast I like the Kung fu milk tea with pudding . Parking can be hard to get sometimes, but that's not their fault. I will come back again and again read more

I was so happy to hear that a Boba place was going to open in Santee. I really like the location, but parking is a bit limited, so it might be hard to find a parking spot during really busy times. I've already been here several times since they opened, and it's a great little tea place. I love the level of customization they allow with each drink, and everything I've had so far has been great. I highly recommend the Taro Slush with Oreo toppings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a feeling we will be frequent customers at this location! read more

Too much sugar, but otherwise good. I have been a regular customer and have been getting their drinks for over a year. The drinks are excellent, but unfortunately they put so much sugar in it. In fact once in a while the intensity of sugar in it, makes it almost impossible to drink.... and that is if you ask them for 0% sugar. I have not idea how much sweeter it would be if you asked for 50% or 100% sugar because I have never purchased one with sugar. Even though I always ask for 0% sugar, it is often very sugary sweet and occasionally extremely sugary sweet. They need to cut down on use of sugar. Otherwise the taste is great. read more

The staff was nice and the store has social distancing in place. I ordered an almond milk tea, which I usually get from Tapioca Express, and it wasn't quite the same but still good. Tapioca Express's is a little more nutty whereas Kung Fu's I would say is more floral. They let you pick your level of sweetness, which I have never been asked at other places, so I got regular, but after having my drink I would probably go at like half. Maybe less sweetener would help the flavor. I look forward to trying other flavors. read more

Strawberry Lemonade with coconut jelly was really delicious. I got it for my daughter, but I think I drank more of it than her! I got a chai milk tea with boba. The boba was a good consistency, but the milk tea was just ok. I probably wouldn't get the chai again, but would try something else! read more

First time at this location. Honestly I like this location more than the one in Convoy/Kearny area. Nice size of anplace and drinks are good. I don't know how to explain it but their drinks are different from any other boba place- this liquid felt so silky and good. The other reason why I love this place you get to choose how sweet yoh want your drink and you can choose to put boba, jelly or pudding. AND they sell puffles here too! read more

been going here pretty much since they opened best local boba tea shop in my opinion. its my go to place for boba. They are pretty consistent in the taste of their drinks. it's this consistency that draws me back. Ordering on the app can be difficult at times which i am sure is a bug that they will fix. Pre covid it was a great environment to chill with friends. Covid restrictions have caused it to close down its positive indoor environment. and has made it take out only. read more

Cute, nice bobba shop. I love the seating area. The workers were nice. However, this review is for the matcha milk only. Very disappointing. I could not taste the matcha at all and the tea was very grainy. This is probably because they do not have a shaking machine. I have always gone to the Kungfu Tea in Convoy and compared to this place, the drink is almost tasteless. Nooooooo my wasted calories . I will probably never come back. read more

Very welcoming staff, this is super important to me as a customer. The menu is easy to read, and straight to the point. I decided to venture and try the VeryBery Green Tea, I thought is was flavored well and had a great taste. Maybe a bit sweet for me. They recommend the strawberry milk slush for my 4 year old son, who absolutely LOVED IT I was surprised as he usually tends to stray from new things. My favorite part is that it's family friendly. I would go 5 stars but the front desk is a bit confusing, I'm not much of a fan for too much around the register. We will be back for sure, supporting small local business is crucial in my option. Good boba in east county, finally! I'm so happy this place opened and I only found out about it because I was going to Takka Sushi next door. It's modern and clean inside, the rotating images of drinks on the TV made me try them all right then and there ha! I decided on Taro milk tea with bubbles, regular sugar, no ice. Delicious! That's my go to drink when I try a new place, helps me decide if I like it because not all places make a good Taro milk tea. Prices were good and presentation was above my expectations. My new favorite boba spot! The drinks and boba here are great! The ambievance is awesome where you can sit on pillows and enjoy your drink. You can even play some of the games like jenga they have there for you to play. I am a big fan of the strawberry lemonade, I love the sweetness and sourness of the drink. I went on the grand opening and went back again the next day. Thier Milk tea is also really good, but what makes this my favorite boba place is the boba itself. Each piece is sweet and chewy and really good. Sometimes when I have boba I get tired of chewing my boba and just want to have the drink, this is NOT the case for this place. I want every single last piece of boba. I never got a hard piece of boba or super chwey piece, every piece was perefct . I cant wait to go back to Kung Fu Tea. read more

I went here couple days ago for exclusive Final Fantasy X|X-2 bobas right after work. The girl who works there is very nice. I called this place if they still have those bobas and the stickers. The nice thing the girl (same one) who answered my phone call is that she offered an order by phone. She was pretty patient and sweet at the register too. The Final Fantasy X|X-2 bobas are the bomb. It has 2 different flavors: Grape and Raspberry. She asked if I don't mind the milk cap AND if I want the bobas in them. I love the ingredients questions. I was also given free stickers per FFX boba. There was no line until right after I finished ordering in person where several people came by. Overall I love visiting this place for the first time. I would come back. This is just an occasion because Kung Fu Tea is doing Final Fantasy X|X-2 bobas until this Saturday. This place has free wifi too. The drinks tray I had came with the straws and plenty of napkins. This past month I visited this place the first time! I was crazy; some cold, Taro drink with bubble! I was amaze on all the options available. Also tried the waffle treat and it was delicious. The roasting of the beans that are done right behind the counter. They have all the standard flavors and dairy free options. They also have decaf options in small, medium and large cups. I usually get the chai coffee during the week and there is a small morning rush but the coffee is worth the wait. They have croissants, muffins and avocado toast. There is street parking and you can enjoy coffee indoors or outside on their tables. This used to be just the roaster warehouse then they added the coffee shop for patrons. Enjoy!

I liked the spiral staircase shelving. They have some outdoor seating as well. In addition to coffees, they offer a food menu. Pastries, bagels, açaí bowls, sandwiches and the like. I drive by Kaffee Meister almost daily and often I will see that they have live music which is cool. I waited maybe three or four minutes for my name to be called, and I was handed my two frappes. I like a simple cup o' Joe. Black, no sugar, no sweeteners. At home I drink Kirkland brand ground coffee from a drip coffee maker. That said, I really enjoyed the Caramel Frappe. It was not too sweet and retained subtle coffee flavor. Becky very much enjoyed hers too. Neither of us had ever had a frappe before. We were surprised by the milkshake-like creamy texture. They provided the perfect pick-me up we were looking for. About 17 bucks after tip. We'd return for sure.

There is street parking and you can enjoy coffee indoors or outside on their tables. This used to be just the roaster warehouse then they added the coffee shop for patrons. Enjoy!

You also get to choose from different flavors (pistachio, walnut, chocolate walnut, cinnamon walnut, almond-pecan, hazelnut) and sizes (they have triangular pieces and rolled pieces), but honestly I would recommend getting all of the flavors because they are all fantastic! Finally a boba tea place in santee. I like how they have a lot of selections of pearl drinks. I personally like the Thai Tea over at the joint near by, Pho Ca Dao but for the specialty drinks they have all sorts of fun selections. The reason i am giving it 3 stars was because their sweetness levels seems to be inconsistent. i would always ask for half sweet and sometimes it's still really sweet and other times it's really bitter for the milk teas that they sell. When I tell them they made it seem as if I am picky and kind of give me a weird attitude about it. I wouldn't run off to come back here to soothe a craving or anything but if I'm in the mood, what the heck, why not. read more
