He drove from Chula Vista to Carlsbad to inspect our HVAC system and took the time to carefully access and inspect the difficult-to-reach evaporator coil and blower motor. After doing so, he honestly told me that **neither needed to be cleaned**. He could have easily performed the work we had scheduled and charged me, but instead he recommended that it was unnecessary. I even offered to pay him for his time and long drive, and he refused.
