It's not my favorite spot, but it's convenient whenever I'm at Fort Worth craving for ramen. I highly recommend this over Wabi House, and certainly over any of the ramen wannabe restaurants throughout Arlington and Euless. The good stuff: whenever I visit, staff was always welcoming, friendly and prompt. Food doesn't take a while to come out, and it's always hot and fresh. Noodles are wavy and thick, and the soup is delicious. Keep in mind their broths taste saltier than other ramen places, but I personally don't mind. The one thing I have qualms with is how they do the meat; the chashu is too chewy for my preferences. Service is always great. I'll be coming back whenever I'm around town.
