    Crawfish fried rice
    Titus V.

No customers in the restaurant on a Saturday.... I guess it's not a good sign. Ordered crawfish fried rice and the filet and chicken Hibachi combo. The price wasn't bad but there's a reason for the price. The fried rice barely had crawfish, no veggies and tasted bland. Hibachi was ok. Won't be going back.

Love this place, been coming here since 2019. Although their portion size and fried rice went downhill. The fried rice is pretty much white rice now, barely any flavor or egg. Rice is just white rice that they charge you extra for. Every time I come it gets whiter.

This his an amazing gem in Trophy club on the frontage road off 114. They have hand roles, fresh sushi, bento, poke bowls, teriyaki and a massive list of roles. We were seated quickly. They have a great happy hour menu. The wine list is elaborate and a full bar. I didn't try and sake but I will when I return. The food is delicious. The rocky shims is popcorn shrimp but a tempura batter. Mom wasn't sure about the spicy sauce so she had it on the side. It's not hot spicy so get it on top. My husband ate it quickly and loved every bite. I love sushi but the pork gyoza were my favorite. They are so savory and just perfect combo of meat and veggies I ate every one. Seaweed salad is really good but they have a twist there are cucumbers on the bottom and it's a perfect crunch. It's unexpected and very inspired. If you need a girls night or a special date or a lunch meeting in Trophy club I highly recommend them. The atmosphere is authentic and well maintained. They had a ship on the wall which my son had to get a picture of. I did not get my servers name but she was excellent. Drop by and let me know how much you love it.

We went there for Sunday lunch. Not crowded! Food was great. Service was ok. It was a young waiter. He never brought the beer my husband ordered. Other than that it was great!

For $10 the hibachi beef was absolutely amazing. The beef was perfectly salty, very tender and cooked to absolute perfection. I was genuinely surprised when this tasted as good as it did. The white rice was fluffy, soft and perfectly cooked. The vegetables that came with the meal could have been a little bit more chard. Other than that, my only complaint and reason for this to not be 10*5 stars excuse me. Was because the salad that came beforehand was simply just a bagged salad with a vinegar salad dressing on top. This was probably some of the best food I had this week. I will definitely be coming back, and I will be excited to try the sushi next time! Thank you for having me. I am looking forward to next time.

    Ahi SD6. Ahi Tuna Tower

First time going here and it is extremely over priced. I got the tuna tower and it was TINY, ridiculous for it being $18 with tax. Every tuna tower I have ever gotten at other places were huge and honestly worth the $15 you pay for it. Wouldn't recommend.

We had a great Friday night sushi dinner at Fish and Knife. When we walked in we were greeted immediately as we walked in. The ambiance here is is very nice. I really liked the mood lighting and how tables and the white accent branches were laid out. It felt very contemporary for a sushi place. Angel was our server, who really took care of us. She was very quick with the menu and taking out order as well as drink refills. As for the sushi, it was great! We ordered the yellowtail jalapeño and shrimp tempura for appetizers. They were both very good. For the main meal we ordered the dinner sushi for two. This is in the back of the menu, if I don't have the title right. This came with miso soup and a salad. The salad had a very sweet clear dressing that tasted very unique and good. The miso soup was just your average miso soup. The sushi was chef's choice with an eel role of some sort. The sushi and sashimi were cut perfectly and tasted very fresh. The meal was just right amount of food for the both of us. We left full and happy as you should be want to do after eating at a Japanese restaurant. Hopefully one day they might expand their menu out to ramen or some takoyaki, but really they don't have to. (This is just a suggestion.) Overall We really enjoyed our experience here, and will come back.

We started the meal with the crab rangoons, which are clearly made in-house with high-quality ingredients. One thing we also really appreciate is their drink menu; they have a nice selection of non-alcoholic beer, as well as zero-proof sake and wines. We tried the Lychee Mocktail this time and it was outstanding. For the rolls, we ordered the Hi Keto and the Pineapple Express. The Hi Keto was loaded with fish and veggies, while the Pineapple Express had a perfect hit of tartness. We also took advantage of their deal where you buy one maki and get the second for only $6, which is a fantastic value. The service really set the experience apart. Our server, Tong, actually remembered us from our last visit! He was incredibly attentive and helped us make excellent selections throughout our lunch. To top off the celebration, they offered my wife a free birthday dessert. She went with the donuts and taro whipped cream. They were great because they weren't overly sugary--just the right amount of sweetness and a lot of flavor. Whether it's for a casual lunch or a big milestone, Hush Sushi always delivers. We will definitely be back again!

Overall the service was excellent. There was a mixup with our food where we got salmon instead of Tuna for our poke bowl. They quickly amended the mistake and brought us a new bowl. The atmosphere is modern and upscale making it a perfect choice for a date night. They do have some kid friendly options on the menu and a few kids were dining there on Friday night.

There are plenty of good choices on the menu (the mushroom risotto is excellent, which shows the breadth and scope of this Japanese restaurant). Again, the wait staff here is very attentive, always checking in and refilling our water or clearing our dishes. In particular, our waitress Lynn is amazing and made us feel right at home. She knows the menu inside out and had recommendations ready for us when we inquired (sake, appetizers, rolls). On top of that, she is very friendly and kind, which added to our positive dining experience. If I were starting a restaurant, I would hire all of my wait staff to be similar to Lynn in character, charm, work ethic, and customer-centric focus. For dessert, Lynn recommended the ube cake -- it was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. Five stars overall for Nikko for the delicious food, festive ambience, and ease of parking.

I was excited to see chalkboard specials but the pricing looked like it was for 2 pieces of Nigiri but it was for 1 piece and the two choices we made were not very good (seaperch and ankimo). The tempura tipped us off immediately (greasy and overly fried, they looked like onion rings from a hamburger joint), and I'm afraid the sushi was that good, especially considering the price. Himachi sashimi was good and cold. Nigiri was not cold and nothing out of the ordinary. Service was attentive but average (luckily our server forgot to order a roll that my wife wanted).

All that, along with mostly positive reviews, had us anticipating an enjoyable meal when we showed up on a Saturday night. Ultimately though, the service would be the most memorable part of the experience, and not in a good way! Our group of 5 ordered a total of about a dozen different dishes and every single one took F O R E V E R to come out. Whoever said that good things come to those who wait wasn't talking about this place! All the food turned out to be unremarkable. In other words, it was quite average. I also want to mention that we were never checked on or given refills on our drinks while we sat for so long twiddling our thumbs. Now this situation may have been more acceptable or at least understandable if it had been busy, but there were only a few tables occupied the entire time we were there and plenty of staff on hand. So, I really don't know what the excuse was. This is one of many sushi restaurants in the area which means its a very competitive environment. Given that, I doubt I'll be back anytime soon, if ever.
