The food here is a solid 4. It was our first visit and we tried the Yakisoba with tofu and chili oil on the side, Kimchi ramen with pork chashu, and the Korean pancake (vegetable version) as an appetizer. The ramen broth had a good flavor and the pork was tender. It was ordered spicy, and had a good heat level. The Yakisoba was a tad lacking in flavor, but the side of chili oil brightened it up. I suggest getting the kimchi version of the Korean pancake. The vegetable version was cooked perfectly, but did lack flavor. The ambiance is laid back, casual with a small interior. It's decorated cutely. Service was very nice. This place is in a strip mall so you won't have any trouble parking. They do takeout, so I'll return to try other dishes. I noticed a "dessert drink" menu with some pretty decadent looking shakes that I may need to try.

I'm a Ramen newb and let Yep lead me and my crew to this Wichita Falls based Ramen chain having a few locations throughout the metroplex and great reviews, which wowed all of us. I was a little leery of the fast food vibe, but the food tasted hot and fresh. I didn't realize that Ramen was so complex. I ordered the Bulgogi beef Ramen with Miso broth. It was fun to mix the different ingredients into individual bites as I made my way through the bowl. We also tried some Egg Rolls that were crispy and delicious. Service was quick and the atmosphere is cozy and fun for a fast food place, not the machine-pressed fiberglass common in large chains. We didn't get to try any of the dessert drinks, but look forward to it on a future visit. Recommended!

Hoshi ramen with miso soup base - eating at home

My new favorite go-to place for a quick takeout. This is their express location, so they're available on Uber eats and DoorDash. Yes, I'm aware that "ramen" is in their restaurant name, but I was tempted to try other things first; and I'm glad I took that risk. *Cheese tonkatsu: Let's just say they do not skimp on the pork portion of it. Each cutlet didn't have too much batter and had a good chunk of meat. The cheese was not overwhelming at all. My little one enjoyed it as finger food, and he's a picky one. *Bulgogi rice bowl: My favorite dish! Marinated beef on point; probably the best around this area for sure. Good fist-size portion of rice with corn and egg. *Chashu Bun: Surprising tasty. Loved the puffy steam bun paired with pork chashu. *Hoshi ramen: You can pick your own soup base. I went with my usual miso. The broth was flavorful, but not the best I've ever had. *Squid karaage: This is by far the biggest disappointment since everything else tasted so good. Whoever made this overcooked it to the point of no return. The entire thing was crispy burnt. My husband forced himself to try two pieces, and had to throw the rest away. Goodbye $12 for overcooked, inedible appetizer. Hopefully, they improve the way they make this for future customers. Overall, I'm happy this is right down the street. They do have a dine-in area if you're looking to enjoy your meal. I shall be back!

Tried this place out today. We shared some dishes and my grandson had the kids fried rice. Not sure how they seasoned it but he complained that it was sweet. I think ended up taking my rice and mixing it with his to mellow out the seasoning. My daughter loved her ramen bowl. I was not as happy with the chicken fried rice. The chicken was a little gross. Also lacked flavor. My wife liked the rice but avoided the chicken. So not my favorite.

Brand new to the area. The store is bright, clean and inviting for ramen/Japanese fare. They have another location in Keller which is a full service restaurant while this location is their "express" brand. You go to the counter to order then sit whichever table is open. Food is delicious and all came out hot and fresh. Our squid was cooked perfectly. While they are on their soft opening stage, the place is offering 30% off all items. Front staff are helpful when you have any question about an item from the menu. While this location is far from me, it definitely go back if in the area.

It was a little rough trying to find at first cause the gps takes you to the front plazas but it is apart of the back plazas next to a dog grooming studio. The food was 10/10 delicious! They have coke products which was a big plus! I loved the feeling of the restaurant, it was nice and welcome with soft music in the background. The girl at the counter was very sweet, checked up on us during our visit to see how everything came out. Everything came out pretty fast which I enjoyed. Definitely worth a try and we will most likely be back in the future!

I forgot what these are called but they are fabulous and flavorful!

Second, the decor was beautiful and the vibe was giving a tree house. And the reason why you're reading this, the food! Takoyaki 10/10: Very delicious and crispy takoyaki with mayo on the bottom. Seared Hotate: This was the appetizer that shook me and my friends. Wabi House has somehow turned scallops into steak. They were very delicious, tender, and juicy. Unfortunate that it only came with 4 pieces Very delicious ramen with chewy noodles! All of these noodles held their sauces and soups very well. Our only complaint with the general noodle dishes were that they had little meat or only one slice of meat. The slice was so delicious and tender, it fell apart when I bit into it! Unfortunately wish I had more. Shoyu Ramen 8/10: A very good savory standard ramen! Not sure how to describe the flavor but it is just a good salty soup when you want something heartful and salty. Spicy Miso 6/10: Not much to it but spice! It came with no meat and I could unfortunately only taste the spice. Dry Garlic 7/10: I did not actually expect for this to have no soup, I guess I should read better, but this was delicious! If you love garlic, this is for you! It helped with my cravings and was so filling. Didn't get to try any dessert but maybe next time!

The space feels intimate and welcoming, the kind of spot where the steam from the bowls fogs up the windows and time slows down just enough to enjoy your meal. The ramen is where Kintaro really shines. The broth is deeply flavored and comforting, rich without feeling heavy, and clearly simmered with care. Every sip feels intentional. The noodles have that perfect bite, springy and substantial, soaking up the broth without going soft. Toppings are generous and well balanced, especially the pork, which is tender and savory and melts into the broth in the best way. What really sells the experience is how everything works together. The warmth of the space, the aroma of the kitchen, and the layered flavors in the bowl create something that feels less like a quick meal and more like a small ritual. It's the kind of place you want to linger, finishing the last drops of broth even when you're already full. Kintaro isn't flashy or overhyped. It's just solid, soulful ramen served in a space that feels like a refuge. If you're craving something comforting and satisfying, this is absolutely the spot.

It's located in Hurst in a little strip mall that's mostly empty but you can see the concentration of business and cars in the corner on the side where this restaurant is, when we first walked in we both noticed a bit of a strange smell like I would describe as mildew and I think that's because they were running two portable air conditioner units inside so I don't think this is something that's on the regular and after we sat down neither of us noticed it again. As we walked in I also noticed That this place has a nice little cozy feel to it with some interesting decor, beautiful paintings on the wall and kind of an old school feel which I enjoy, there's an upstairs section that's pretty cool looking also where you can have private events or family style gatherings. Right off the bat the service was very friendly and attentive, we ordered two appetizers the shrimp Yakitori and an order of the pork and vegetable egg rolls both appetizers were fresh and delicious, I also had upon the servers recommendation their honey lemon ice tea which was very good. For our entrees My girlfriend ordered the spicy beef bulgogi and I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi, our food came out in a timely manner and was fresh and hot. The portion size was very good and I was happy to see the ratio of meat to vegetable was about 90% meat to 10% vegetable which is what I expect in a bulgogi. Overall I really liked this place and if I'm in Hurst I wouldn't hesitate to drop back in for some more delicious Korean food at Yori! P.s. No table grills just FYI

The restaurant is very elegant, very neat, clean and well organized. I got there as they opened, and was promptly greeted by Ms. Lucy, hoste/waitress, who was soft spoken, very welcoming, with a very nice smile and beautiful personality, and was very efficient. She took my order, brought me a glass of water, and I ordered the Shoyu chicken ramen for $13.00 plus $2.00 added for a large. The Shouyu Chicken ramen was very delicious, the chicken broth was so good great flavor. Albeit, in my humble opinion the noodles, other toppings and chicken was very sparse for the price of the ramen. But, as far as taste goes it was one the best I have had so far. I also had the chicken fried rice bowl, for $10.00 $2.00 added for chicken, and gyoza (6pcs), for $7.00. to go for my daughter. The chicken fried rice was very flavorful, and daughter said the guys was very delicious. I will most definitely be coming here again the food was very satisfying, Ms. Lucy, is awesome and very kind. Gyoza to start that were nice and crispy, could have done with more than the teaspoonful of sauce we were given though. Maximum tea points, hot green tea that tasted delicious and was served in the cutest little pot I've seen in a while. It was a terrible pourer though, but the waiter warned me and put some napkins on the table to clean up. The ramen was quite disappointing, I know how spoiled I currently am with the memory of Ichibahn burned into my brain, but...these were quite pricey and not that good. The broth was lightly flavored with little depth, the beansprouts and corn (why are these in my ramen?) Moved the flavour profile even brighter and there was quite a lot of green onion. With a $5 add on for 2 small slices of extra pork that's a $20 bowl. So yes, 3 stars. They have bottled Kirin so I might be back, but I will be exploring the other menu items.
