He told me he could do it the next day as he was near sb and couldn't get to la in time. But he told me how to do it so that it would be faster and cheaper and gave me advice without any strings attached and without charging. Good man right there! Mike came to the home we had just signed a lease to rent, and checked for lead paint with his ray gun (as I call it). He also did a visual inspection to see if he saw anything that might be asbestos, to see if we needed further testing. All was clear and it only cost us around $100.
