He even offered sound advice on which type of test is preferred for certain areas (swab vs air). He identified visible mold in multiple areas of my apartment and backed it up with lab-certified air and surface samples. The interpretation report clearly explained the findings -- including the detection of Stachybotrys (toxic mold) in the master bathroom -- and outlined exactly what remediation steps were needed. I was looking for a fast turnaround on mold testing after a tenant complaint, so l sent out the Yelp bat signal with the option to contact multiple vendors at once. Robert and Bye Bye Mold was one of the first company to come back to me with immediate info, an appointment, and plenty of information on pricing and a scope of work. Robert was flexible, easy to contact and communicate with, and he messaged me well after and before business hours. Basically he responded immediately no matter what time. He went above and beyond, so he will definitely be my first call the next time l need mold testing.
