No one called with instructions Additionally, the technician did NOT wait for us to return and did apologize when he came back to pick up his equipment. We were not given any instructions on what to do while the equipment was in our home. TLDR: tried to charge for work that wasn't actually completed (see texts of demand for payment and then 2 hours later admitting they didn't do certain work). Any work that was done wasn't done well including improper / incomplete removal of impacted soil (see photo of wet soil and mushroom) and dehumidifier that wasn't installed properly (see video). No one came to fix when this issue was raised. Extremely poor communication and multiple third party peers confirmed we were overcharged and taken advantage of. Full story - I found urgent one through a plumber who said I should call them. They came the next day and said the soil was wet and there is probably a tiny leak somewhere and they would send a quote to start right away. The quote was for roughly 12k to remove wet soil and clean up subfloor of any wetness etc. the next day they started and realize there is mold. They send a new quote of 8k plus additional options needed ranging from 3-7k. At this point I wanted to get a second opinion but assumed the work they completed was fine. David when he left on Saturday said someone would be there Sunday to check on things and I one showed up. I reached out to Lev (owner) Stephanie and David and lev said no one would come until Tuesday. On Monday morning a second opinion comes and we see the dehumidifier wasn't appropriately connected. They used the wrong tape so it wasn't even working properly. He said someone should check this daily. He also saw wet dirt and a mushroom in the crawl space so the soil wasn't even removed properly. I talked to another company who said that these people may not be competent to handle a crawl space area and also said they should be coming daily. Both parties said we were also being massively overcharged. I tried to alert them of the dehumidifier issue on Monday and lev never called me and no one came to fix the issue. At that point we realized we didn't want to work with these people anymore and Stephanie (office manager) said we had to pay before they take equipment out. On Monday we said they also never installed the air movers so they took that off the invoice after we brought it up. Still avoiding commenting on the dehumidifier issue. She also never responded to the issue of how any sanitization was done if they found mold. She said we need to pay before they pick up equipment but then Two hours later she did agree that they definitely didn't complete all the work the said they did and took more money off. We weren't aware of the wet soil until one of the other companies reached out with photos on Tuesday. I text lev and team and lev is "too busy" to talk to me. At this point they are still pushing payment even though I don't think they did what they promised or agreed to. Complete scam and I would watch out read more

Found this company on yelp after a leak and had the worst experience at every turn. They were able to come almost immediately to give an estimate, so even though we originally planned to get several estimates, their rep Pete was friendly and promised a discount if work started immediately... so my husband chose to go with him without comparing with others. First, they come in for an estimate and promise to do everything including remediation and remodel. They run the fans for several weeks (almost a month) during the hottest time of summer and our family (including a 1 year old) are dying in the heat. When we complained they finally started working with insurance to start work. They finish rather quickly but then say they can't do the remodel work due to conflict of interest, and the manager calls to apologize on Pete's behalf. We have to get estimates from other companies and both said that there was still remaining moisture that they'd need to do additional remediation for. When I called Pete about this, he was nonchalant and blamed it on the repiping. Are you kidding me? Water is shut off during repiping and isn't supposed to cause additional moisture. Even if it did, it's your job to ensure everything is completely dry before you say your work is done. Urgent one was also responsible for pack out and in. We found a house during the remodel and I called Pete several times over the course of months to see if the pack in could be done at the new house, since it was in a neighboring city. He said he would check but never did. Later on I received a call from their customer service soliciting a yelp review, and after sharing our experiences with her she apologized and was able to get approval the same day for pack in at the new house. Pack in was extremely unprofessional as well. They were an hour late, apparently due to a dead battery, and then showed up to the wrong address because they misread their calendar. Then they broke our coffee table leg, a sofa leg, and gashed our flooring during transport. They said they'd try to find replacement legs or reimburse us. We followed up and received another yelp solicitation (where I repeated our experiences and they again promised to look into it). It's been a month since and we still have no coffee table and a broken sofa. Pete was bad, and apparently he's no longer with the company. Their pack in team was not much better. Overall, this is probably one of the worst companies I've ever worked with - and I rarely leave bad reviews (I don't want to hurt businesses but this is just unethical and fair warning to others)! read more
