I can't wait to go back for raspberry picking! They said it was the wrong one they had shipped and that I would be issued a refund. It was also determined that the variety I was sent was actually cheaper than what I had ordered. So they had shipped the incorrect one and charged me more for it by not correcting the charged amount or even notifying me of the substitution. This constitutes fraud by them. I have been waiting for the promised refund and every time I inquire about its status all I get are varying excuses. The last excuse was they are mailing me a check but that has not happened. I even received an email from the CEO Cindy Lee saying they are having issues with their accounting personnel. They were very happy to charge my card immediately when I placed the order nearly a year ago but have lots of difficulties following up on customer service/refund area. Please be very careful if you decide to buy anything from them! There's a good chance if there is a problem that you will get nothing but excuses back instead of your refund.
