The location is great The problem is is that just about everything in this store is so overpriced that it makes the drive to Seattle or Tacoma worth it. An example is the abstract disposable cartridges retail at Evergreen market for $45 each. If you use an example store like zips they're about $21 each so they're charging over double the price for the same cartridge just because it's in Auburn and that does not make sense to me It seems like price gouging. Furthermore, it took almost 2 years for them to correct my points so that when I did go there I could even come close to the prices of the other locations that are much cheaper read more

I was in a couple weeks ago and Angel from Evergreen market in Auburn was incredibly helpful. She talked to me about a couple strains of Indica and made wonderful recommendations. Evergreen market has a wonderful reward program and it really is quite a good value. Next time you go in see if Angel's working. I always find that they have an amazing selection. If you want to deal with little people who abuse the small managerial powers that they have don't you dare bring up a price match! For context I've been going to multiple evergreen locations over the last 4 years and would like to point out a few things. A. The website clearly states they do price matches B. I've had price matches done several times this year at the south Renton location C. Isn't matching a fellow competitors discount the right business move rather than losing out on a sale altogether? As far as the South end, this is a great store. Great location. Very convenient that there is a US Bank right next door if you're like me and don't like using the store ATM due to extra fees or in the case of this store, it won't read my debit card. The staff are phenomenal. Everybody is knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of product is great and nicely displayed. I've taken a star off for a very specific reason, probably a management issue, and why I will probably not be back and again, great place overall BUT I take Uber or public transportation and I can do more efficient shopping elsewhere. I know there are rules regarding how much these stores are legally able to sell to customers in one transaction. I get it. THIS particular store treats the infused/dipped pre-rolls I like as having additional weight/THC content due to the hashish oil used and in turn, I can only purchase six at a time and nothing else. Historically I have been fine with this arrangement. however, Today I visited a competitors dispensary in Seattle and, to my delight and surprise, they were able to sell me, instead of 6, up to 28 of the same infused pre rolls. So I got 20 AND a live resin cartridge. When I asked why there were such restrictions on purchasing at Evergreen in Auburn and the answer from the budtender was this: "There is no way there is a gram of hash on those pre rolls. Some stores are just like that and it may have to do with the location (ie: not Seattle)" So there you go. read more

Another issue with this Auburn store. I placed my order on line. We came into the store to pick it up. I had received the confirmation and the order is ready text. When we got there to pick up the order the woman behind the quick window was a complete b*tch. She insisted that there was no order and made my husband come get the phone to show her the texts. He did just as she said. He brought it in and showed her. Which was a waste of time because she still insisted there was no order. He ended up needing to come back out to take a screen shot of the order. The entire time she was so not nice. He was so frustrated, slamming our car door and all. He's usually pretty calm. So it must have been bad. All 3 times he had to go back outside, he had to wait in line again. Not a happy customer. I wish it Not the only non scrubby to store local to me. read more

I have been coming here for over 2 years and I cannot express how extremely disappointed i am that they have now just changed their price matching policy. I was getting amazing deals until they made it so you can only price match 3 stores of their choosing. Talk about wanting to Maximize profits at the expense of their customers. With all the prices rising the way they are it was nice to be able to come here and get a good deal but now that's not even plausible anymore. The people living in this area that went to this dispensary are mostly low income citizens so it makes me really sad to see that people now are having to drive farther distances to get better deals elsewhere seeing as now the prices are way too high here. It was nice while it lasted but we should have known it was to good to be true that a corporation actually cares about the consumer. Well if y'all want some good deals in the south central area zips (they also price matching ANY store), commencement bay cannabis, and almost any dispo in fife has pretty decent prices and selection. Have been in many shops looking for topicals for arthritis. They only had one and while the gentleman was saying this was the best they made, I pulled out a photo of what I'm currently using which is way stronger. Imagine a Bellevue weed shop, but in the poverty city of Auburn. They recently as of 2022, took away "shatter Saturday" buy 3g get 25% off, which was the ONLY deal they had on wax. The sad part is, they didn't even replace it with another type of special. They just don't offer any on concentrates, period! Enough about the wax... let me tell you something else that's worth mentioning. Half the people in here don't know anything about cannabis... Don't believe me? Go in there & ask them to show you products that are pesticide free or something similar, just to test them. Watch these young kids just struggle to show you 3 things. Because they don't know!! They are very un-knowledgable about products. If it doesn't say it on the package, it could quickly be verified by looking on the companies website. But god forbid as a boss, you ask these guys to have simple knowledge on the products you sell, before they come into work that day... Online orders aren't filled until you arrive. Online order is not guaranteed until you arrive to pick up your order. This has happened to me at least 4 times where I placed an order online and when I arrived the item had been sold to someone else and was no longer available. Even though I received a text claiming that my order was complete and ready for pick up I was told that the product was unavailable and there was nothing they could do. The managers look to give any and all excuses but fail to take accountability for the problem. I do not have any issues with online orders at any other cannabis shop. It feels like Evergreen Market does not care about the customer and only about the profit by the way I was basically told "oh well, sorry" every time this occurred. I used to love this shop and now I won't be going back because I don't get treated this way anywhere else. read more

Buyer Beware. The THC levels for the Pre-Roll on the On-Line Menu are not necessarily accurate. I was told today that they do not update the menu for new batches. So when you get that 44% thc pre-roll that you ordered on-line home you may discover after looking at the label that it's only 34% thc. This has been going on for about 6 weeks that I know of. The products I've found to be discrepant are House of Cultivar "Naked Goldfinger", "Blueberry Goldfinger" and Tangerine Goldfinger. When a person orders on-line from anyone they expect the product they receive to match the product they ordered and paid for. They don't expect to receive an inferior substitute instead. Evergreen Market-Auburn is ripping off unknowing customers. If you can't keep the menu updated at least put a disclaimer on the website. read more

So my mom asked me to go get her some marijuana. We went online and even picked out what she wanted ordered ahead of time and everything. Get there and standing in a line. I count 7 people come out before they let 2 people in TWO people! 2! They have their online window closed so you can't just come in and get your ish and go. Then they take FOR EV ER to get you your product, to speak to you. They all walk around hella slow and sh*t. It's like they're in there kicking it as opposed to actually working. Customer service is straight straight straight straight trash. I'm standing in line writing this review. 3:25 made the order. 3:32 arrived. 3:38 received a message while in line. 3:48...you guessed it. Still in line. Waiting. I came in today and was outright ignored and left without service. It was NOT busy and there were at least 4 employees standing averting eye contact. it seemed to me that the girl who checked mine and my sister's ID didn't like how I pointed out that the bell ringer was taken off and went straight to the other employees and said something to them that ended up with them ignoring us. literally. I called and spoke to a manager Shelby who proceeded to tell me I was at the wrong location, no one with that description worked there and ultimately that they were low staffed, getting me angry to the point where I cussed and she could hang up on me. I will never enter your establishment again and will encourage all I know to do the same. I'm also going to add that we were NOT rude to this girl in any way...
