Scheduling my appointment was smooth and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to book an appointment the same week. The day of my appointment i was helped by Emma who had excellent customer service. Emma thoroughly explained the tint levels, results and pricing and lastly let me know of the lifetime warranty on the tint which i was pleased about. Unfortunately, I was unable to get all windows tinted because I was unaware one of my passenger windows no longer rolled down but Emma advised they would gladly tint it once I got it fixed and they did just that. So now all my windows are tinted and weeks later I noticed an area on my back window was peeling and bubbling; I allowed the recommend time to pass to see if it would fix itself but when it didn't i called back and set an appointment right away to have the spot looked over. During my time there Elmer asisted me and he also had excellent customer service, he came out and looked at my car and explained a plastic piece located on my back window cause the tint to push back but they would get me right and redo it. When my vehicle was done, Elmer explained they worked the plastic in a way to ensure it doesn't mess my back window tint up again. I admittedly was not thrilled about having to go back a third time but everyone i interacted with was kind, they were happy to assist me and I really appreciated how they made it so my tint would hold up on my back window. Most importantly, I'm very pleased with the work itself that was done. I noticed an immediate difference in the heat levels in my car and they look good also, no more unsightly bubbles! Tint Experts where fully booked a week out when I contacted them but it needed to get done so I scheduled and asked if they could call me if they had any cancellations and I could get in sooner. I got my car windows tinted two days later. Now, I was looking for a good quality tint, that would not bubble or fade with time but I was also looking for someone knowledgeable. The back windows have the original manufacturers privacy glass & I didn't want a huge noticeable grade variation between my back and front windows. Gavin was great! As soon as I walked in, he showed me the different Tint grading, demonstrated the heat variation between the level of tints they offer, he listened to my concerns & what my expectations were. Then I personally saw him take extra measures to calculate the rating on my existing privacy glass vs the tint I had picked for the front to achieve a consistent look & grade throughout my entire vehicle. Their tint has a lifetime warranty & I was told that if I replace a window, they will replace the tint, so you're definitely getting the most value for your money & your tint will be covered for as long as you own your vehicle. I called Gavin on a Tuesday and by the following week he was in my home installing the tint. We could not be happier with the results. The drop in temperature in extremely noticeable. He gave me a quote over the phone based on the measurements I provided and the photos I sent via text. It took two guys about 5 hours to do 14 large windows. The pricing was very reasonable. Submitted a request for quote to remove my old crappy window tint from my 95 Toyota Tacoma…read more Technics was the first to respond with an estimate with different options. Later in the day a 2 other stores submitted quotes as well. The following day I received a follow up message from Technics offering no charge for removal and no tax on installation, I couldn't refuse such an offer. I drove over once the roads cleared and had the tint removed and new tint applied. They charged what they quoted, no haggling, nothing but great customer service at a great cost. Couldn't be happier . I'd attach pics but the truck is covered in mud, looks great before the mud though
