I was driving home from work in my Dodge truck, this is my Toy and I love it more than any of my other vehicles. I am EXTREMELY particular about it and I made sure they understood this from the get go. The dispatch lady (I forget her name) was extremely nice and gave me the play by play for the tow. Drivers name and approximately how far away he was. Excellent communication skills. The Ontario police showed up and wanted an ETA on tow arrival, I called dispatch and they said Fern was right around the corner....3 minutes later he pulled up! Now when I say this truck is my baby....that is an understatement...Fern absolutely took care of my truck and even made his truck work harder, so as to not damage mine. We called in advance to find out about all charges, so there were no surprises when it came to making payment. To clarify a few points, they do accept credit cards (a 3% bump is required,) cash or Zelle. Additionally, they are not a AAA shop, but coordinating with AAA to pick up the vehicle to tow to a local collision center was effortless. Additionally, we did have to retrieve several personal items from the vehicle on Monday morning (the office is closed on the weekends.) Lisa was very accommodating, and all personal items were in the vehicle as expected.
