I am a small female who knows absolutely NOTHING about cars. I broke down in the church parking lot right next door to Kwik Fix, I was just absolutely beside myself because my car is so new and I had zero idea why it would just shut off on me. I was absolutely terrified that Whoever I called was going to take advantage of the fact that I don't know anything, and charge me an arm and a leg for things I probably didn't even done to my car! The pastor of the church recommended Kwik Fix to me and I am seriously so thankful he did! Dave came within minutes to check out my car and tried everything possible to get it started for me as I live an hour away. He tried everything he could to get me started and running enough to make it the 0.25 mile back to his shop. He explained everything to me as he was doing it, and walked me through all of the steps he was taking for my car. I felt extremely taken care of and was no longer overwhelmed thanks to his help!! He was guiding me back to his shop when unfortunately my car looked like it wasn't going to make it over this set of railroad tracks-it stopped on the tracks and I started freaking out a bit, but luckily I made it over just barely! When we finally made it, he said he looked back at the tracks and was just about ready to jump out of his car for me when luckily my car made it over the hill with the tracks. We made it back safely and he was able to run a few more tests, again explaining EVERYTHING he was doing and why. Everyone here is so helpful, so honest, and so kind it hurts! I felt very taken care of by Dave and had great conversation with Alyssa up front! They offered me water etc, & I'm honestly a little upset that I don't live any closer to this shop-because they would ABSOLUTELY be my go-to shop. I had to wait for my friend to come and pick me up and they even said that they would wait past their close time for me. There are honestly not a lot of good people left in this world, especially in this industry, but this shop is the definition of honesty and hard work. I am so thankful for them. If you're in need of service on your vehicle, I cannot stress enough that THIS should be your shop to come to. They somehow turned a terrible day into a better one. THANK YOU DAVE!! read more

This shop saved me a ton of money. Went in with a check engine light on . I had gone to another shop in St Charles who said I need a new timing chain and a bunch of other stuff for a total of $ 3000 + I took it to Kwick fix for a second opinion. Not only did they takee their time and fix it thEy saved me over two grand. Car has been running like a champ ever since. Turned out it was a couple of sensors had gone bad. Kwik fix were nice and came and fixed my tire and returned it. Both guys said I need brakes and rotors on the front. Running a special for 250$. I knew I didn't need breaks but, had them checked somewhere else. Confirmed I don't need brakes at all. 70 percent left. Don't recommend trusting them. read more

The service was amazing here. I came after my mom told me about the unbeatable prices and the amazing service and she was right! My oil change was only around $20 and the gentlemen working on my car were so kind and polite that I felt like I was respected and at home. It's rare to find a car place open on Saturdays with great prices that don't take advantage of young girls who don't know much about cars. I will be coming here for now on to get my oil changed AND I will tell all of my friends. It's not easy being a college student and affording a car but it's nice to know that there are gentleman out there that love their job and truly want to serve others without breaking the bank.
