This is the only place i ever bring my suv to get an oil change. I always go during the weekday and its always super fast. Plus you get a few dollars off for going in on a weekday. The staff is always happy and friendly. The first time I came i asked for the filter and washer to confirm that they replaced it (i stood at the window and stalked lol). They def replaced it! And they didnt even give me a weird look about it. From that point forward, they have always been my go to for oil change. It makes it easier on my part bc i use synthetic oil so all my info is in the system. I still remind them everytime, just bc im OCD about people doing their job right. One of my least favorite things to do is getting my oil changed. Why? Because I usually go to the Kia dealership and it always takes about 2 hours. After being over my oil changing mileage by about 500 miles, I figured it was time. Peeped out the reviews on this place and stopped by one Tuesday afternoon. In and out in 15 minutes. I didn't even have time to go through a whole magazine! The guys were very friendly, answered my questions, and didn't push me on doing a billion things to my car. Just asked me what oil I wanted and offered me coffee. Perfect. Only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is the cost. I pay $39 for my 2 hour oil change for 5,000 miles while this place was $50 for my 15 minute oil change for 3,000 miles. I guess when it's time for my oil change my pocketbook and free time will determine which place will be my choice. read more

I've been getting oil changes here for about 2 years now and I love how fast, efficient they are! I'm in and out in 20 minutes, I get $ off when I use my handy key tag and the people who work there are so nice! When I first went I thought some of the mechanics were lookin' a little thuggish (which I can appreciate but sometimes people who live in this area are no so appreciative) and they still do look a little thuggish. But as soon as they start talking to you they are clearly super customer service oriented and not going to waste your time with nonsense. Last time I went I needed my rear breaks replaced. The owner gave me a ride home, was nice as could be and when I picked up the car they had filled up my fluids and aired my tires too. Sweet! I'm continually impressed with the level of service they achieve. Keep it up guys! read more

I kinda love this place. Needed a super quick state inspection and was blunt with the gentleman working when I drove up. He replied with a playful flirtatious response that was amusing, not offensive. My car was taken care of in 10-15 min and check out was quick and sans sales pressure. read more

This Kwik Kar location is great and they even have a $3 off coupon on their website for oil change. I come in on Friday mornings when I'm off of work sometimes and I'm in and out in like 20 minutes. Super fast and they get the job done right. This time they even spent a little more time vacuuming my dirty passenger side floor which is very appreciative. The negative comments on here are very petty. They see hundreds of cars on monthly basis...so a couple bad comments from people that probably came in during a busy day shouldnt scare people away. One guy even mentioned he went to this location for years before his negative experience and now won't go back....really? Good luck finding a similar place in the area that doesn't try to annoyingly upsell you left and right for stuff your car doesn't need. read more

I went in for an oil change for my Mazda CX-5. Usually costs me $50 for synthetic blend. I paid $80 here. That's the most outrageous price for an oil change I've ever heard of. They upcharged me for a full synthetic even though that is not what I asked for (by the way, isn't the technician supposed to recommend an oil type, not the other way around?) They did not give me a quote or estimate before they began work, had I known, I would have walked out. My bad for not asking beforehand I guess. They get 2 stars because it was quick and they vacuum your carpets. 20 min tops. But the price...I totally feel taken advantage of. Won't be going back. Staff wasn't friendly either. read more

Do NOT go to this Kwik Kar. They did a horrible job on my car. They stripped the bolt on the oil pan and had the audacity to charge me for it. They tried selling me an air filter by showing me an old filter that was there. I'm a retired mechanic I know the size of my air filter especially when I changed it less than a month ago. Extremely fast, polite, helpful, and trustworthy. They never try to upsell me or get me to fix things that don't need fixing. They do have a mechanic on staff and can do more than just oil changes. read more

The only redeeming thing about my oil change here was that it was quick. Whoever did the work on the car put the ring back on backwards. The next place I took it for an oil change had to spend an extra hour of labor to get the ring off and spare the cap from breaking and needing to be replaced. That, and the condescending way that I was spoken to (yeah, I'm a female taking a car in for maintenance, you don't need to talk to me like a child) means I'm never coming back here. read more

Outstanding customer service! Very personable mechanics who are really pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. Got my oil change done in 15 minutes. Included was a full car look over, they cleaned my windows and VACUUMED my car! Woohoo! 15 MINUTES! A new record. The head mechanic is very helpful. You don't get the feeling they are trying to upsell you...they genuinely seem to care about helping you take care of your car. Stopped in for an oil change today and I was thoroughly impressed with how quickly I was in and out! I originally headed to the Firestone down the street, but once I saw how busy they were and not a single parking spot, I turned around and stopped at Kwik Kar!!! It was my first time there and the staff was very friendly! I enjoyed chatting with the young lady behind the counter, she was very courteous. I couldn't believe I was only there for 10 mins! My interior was vacuumed, oil changed, washer fluid added, and tire pressure checked! Best $40 I've ever spent on and oil change! read more

I only went here for an inspection but they were great. They inspected the car and had me out the door in 10 minutes while still being very polite and courteous. There were not any games or attempts to get me to buy anything. I will definitely stop by here again in the future. As an added bonus, the waiting area was nice with the single serving coffee, water, and plenty of comfortable seats. read more

Stopped in for an oil change and fluid check. I checked to make sure that they do check the fluid levels on my car and had them change the oil. They did not ask what kind of oil i wanted and i had to ask the elderly man at the desk what kind of oil they used because i wanted to make sure it was SM grade or higher as to not void my warranty. The guy at the front desk asked the mechanic to come back to talk with me he asked me what kind of oil i wanted and i said something sm or higher for my warranty. As i was talking the guy at the front desk said "for goodness sakes lady we are giving you the correct oil" . I thought this was extremely rude. I am just wondering what kind oil they are putting in my car. The mechanic himself was very nice and even showed me a promo for the oil that i chose but the guy at the front was very rude. Wow! This location is mucho better than the one on 11th st. I stopped by to get my truck inspected and they had me in and out in 5 minutes (it's an old truck, not much to inspect)! Didn't try to up sell me or anything... they didn't even ask if I needed an oil change. I think I will return. read more

This place was so fast that I was shocked. I read all the other comments but when they honestly take 10 min (I went at 10am on a Monday) it really is amazing. I didn't feel uncomfortable like I often do when I go to get my oil changed (being hit on, being talked to like I'm dumb, etc.). Everyone was very friendly and efficient.
