She…read moreseems to be the only one with a calm demeanor under pressure and have knowledge of any basic questions. I have had to switch out two alternators that were faulty. One drained my battery and I had to replace it and then the alternator I bought and had put on started acting faulty within a month. I should have had it tested then and there, but guess what? There machine was down. So next step was to call all the other stores and guess what? Every single machine was down. After going in to get another one, it was instantly faulty. Again tried to test it, but you know darn well what the response was. I had no choice but to drive home to wait on another part and my car broke down on the side of the road as the supposed "new" alternator completely warped my electrical system and my wheel locked while on the highway. Not ok and highly negligent as it placed my life in extreme danger. I had to go to O'Reilly's to get it tested and every staff member was knowledgeable. I'm a new customer at O'reilly's now. Auto Zone was good in the 90's but they have lost their way. Hired sub par employees that are apathetic and have zero knowledge about parts or automotive. Really sad. Go to O'Reilly's and speak with someone reliable and knowledgeable.

It looks nice but looks can be decieving the car was a lemon the same day I got it, it broke down on me halfway home and I had to get a tow truck. At the repair shop finding out that the engine is no good and being out of almost 4000.00 that I saved up to have a car to get back and forth to work in. Its really wrong and I bet I am not the first person this has happened to and they really shouldn't sale cars and mess people over like that. Im very upset I saved that money up for a min just to be screwed out of it. They should make some kind of law for for this situation or take away the license to sale cars. I had an appointment for 10:30, it was 11:30 before they even started. I was 10 minutes early, to give them time to get me in the system. My point is, what's the difference between making an appointment and just showing up?? We generally make appointments because we have things to do, and plans for the day. The appointment system here is broken, if you make an appointment here, don't make any other plans, you might still be here all day.
