Did a nice job of cleaning the outside of my car. However, the wait was awful. One fella, all alone, from start to finish! Wish I had handed my tip to him since the rest of the staff was MIA!!! (1 heavy set white male, and 2 black males did a disappearing act when it got busy!) Those 3 fellas disappearing act caused a great delay in running the cars through the wash. They are under new management. Not sure how long that will last. Fairly certain they had several employees..... BUT, only 1-2 were working. (A female and a thin white male. Those 2 were the only ones getting the cars washed and drying them.) Pretty sad situation to watch. The other staff were off in a room to the side. Not a good start for a new business. If I noticed, makes me wonder how many others observed the staffs apathy to work? 3 staffers left the front of the business unattended for 20 minutes. That's sad. The Manager at first came off very domineering however, he realized that he was not listening to me and corrected very quickly and openly, much appreciated. BTW, he and his son were very pleasant overall. My issue, they quoted me for a repair that was more expensive than the dealer by about $400. No arguments from me to him or vise versa, just thought people should know when a shop cost more than a dealer, something is wrong in the universe. Quite a different experience over the old manager Austin, This wouldn't have happened with him! Austin was always a straight shooter with me and we had a great repour. My husband has used this repair facility for over 3 years, recently one of the mechanics backed his vehicle out of the garage and into a pole on the property. We were told by the supervisor that the mechanic responsible would pay out of pocket for the repairs to my husband's vehicle as they did not want to make a claim on their insurance, we agreed and they have since avoided my husband's calls and recently a request for the corporate number. The damage to his property still remains. I would not take my vehicle to this facility for repairs as you risk you property being damaged and the management team not caring for it. read more

Our experience at Kwik Kar was not the greatest. We always come on Wednesdays because it is half price.for ladies.we came 2 times before we actually got to get our car clean. The first time we came and it was closed and the second time there weren't enough workers. they were very nice to let us come the next day and get half price still! The next day we came and we were the only ones there yet but 5 cars went before us and got rainbow soap and then when it was finally our turn we didn't get rainbow soap?! While I have NEVER posted a review of a business, it seems that I must now. This location has recently undergone an owner/management change. Unfortunately, this change was not for the better. I have had all my cars serviced here for the last eight years. However, after they kept my son's truck for 24 days, they could not provide repair nor an adequate reason for failing to do so. Usually love this place as the work is good from one of the techs there. However after visiting today, they removed my in-cabin air filter after I asked them not to and destroyed it in the process so they could not reinstall the part due to the mechanic ruining it in the process. I told them I will replace it myself and asked if they could just clean up the mess they made on the floor and replace parts they removed in the process. Once my vehicle was done, there was still debris all over the floor of my car and they did not reinstall all the parts. I asked them again to clean it up and put my car back together and the gentleman told me my car was done and to have a good day. You wouldn't change my tire and not put the lug nuts back on so why do it with this filter? A week before this I took my fiancé's car in for an oil change and asked for the cheapest synthetic oil possible. The mechanic said he would do that and I would be looking at about $50 for the service. Once complete, I gave the cashier a coupon from Kwik kar for $10 off any oil change that I received in the mail. This made my total $63 which after checking was the exact same price as the oil change 3 months prior even though I went with cheaper oil and a coupon. So I am confused as to where the disconnect is. The manager should be more proactive in resolving issues instead of simply commenting on these posts that disgruntled customers come back in the future. Give me a reason to come back. Apologize for the laziness at your shop and replace a $10 air filter for free. Fix the complaints people have on here instead of responding with a copy and paste message. read more

Replacement Job completed on timely manner, and went home satisfied with the experience. late that pm we decided to go to North Park for some errands.l and Upon entering highway 75 I'm hearing an odd sound coming from under the front hood. After a couple of miles driving we decided to pull over and check the front of the car. Upon careful explanation I notice that the technician did not properly bolted the engine splash shield. Worst customer service ever. I came here to get my car washed and detailed. I drive up there's no employee in sight. I guy finally walks up asks me what I need I didn't even know if was at the correct place. He walked me through Al the options then went inside. I could hear the staff (at least 4 of them) debating who was going to come clean my car. Then another gentlemen with long brown hair comes out, asks me what I need. We start walking through the whole process , I inform him that I didn't mean to inconvenience them (because it felt like I was) he tells me they are just coming back from break, then when I tell him I need the mini detail . That's when he start with "oooh yeah if you could come back tomorrow " blah blah blah I don't have enough staff!!! THERE WAS NOT ONE OTHER CUSTOMER -THERE NOT ONE, and there was at least 4 staff. I went there today for my State Inspection and was treated like I was diseased. There is one guy there in particular that made me feel like I had done something terrible to him and he just wasn't ticked off at me it seemed anyone that got in his way fell prey. This used to be Samstone and they did a good job. I don't believe that I will be going back. I don't know why I ever went anywhere else for any of my auto needs. My car had recently got hit in a parking lot and the bumper became dislocated, so I wanted to get somebody to pop it back into place. I pulled up later in the evening and Austin was super helpful about not only relocating my bumper, but also diagnosing and identifying anything that could also be wrong with my car. He was super friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond the bare minimum of fixing the problem at hand for us.
