As a Black patient who has referred many of my Black family members here for care, that comment did not sit well with me and raised concerns about the environment and values of the practice. In addition, the office manager's demeanor has consistently been unprofessional. She comes across as rude, has difficulty communicating respectfully with patients, and often seems to undermine others rather than support them. What makes this even more disheartening is that there is a young Black woman who works closely with Dr. Sam who is incredibly kind, professional, and hardworking. From what I've observed, she helps keep things running smoothly and is a vital part of the team. They appear to work well together, but it makes me wonder if she is truly valued and respected. Overall, this experience has made me question whether this is the right place for me and my family moving forward.

Today at Brush and floss they did a full x-rays that showed a full mouth of healthy teeth. We discovered that my problem is grinding my teeth. The pain is from the grinding! NOT from dead teeth. I have been going to Brush & Floss since I was 5 years old and today I drove from Brooklyn, NY to get my teeth looked at. I'll continue coming back to Brush and Floss for as long as their open. To take the imprint for my mouth guard, they took a 3D scan to then be printed. Their technology is not only updated but more advanced than any other of the numerous dental offices I have been in during the past year. I'll be back in two weeks for a cleaning and to be fitted for a mouth guard. TheI am so thankful. Bonus: everyone at Brush & Floss is effortlessly kind.

I went there in January and I must say the office is extremely clean....open...and well lit. My hygenist Aleesia couldn't of been nicer. It was like I'd known her forever. And truthfully it had been probably over 15 years since I had my teeth cleaned and I'm really not a dentist person cause I don't like someone working in my mouth. But the way this lady works is very comfortable. I could not believe all the X-rays she did of my teeth. I said to her would you like my autograph too? Heh heh heh...she thought that was funny. The doctor.....Doctor Sran came in to look at my x-rays and he said how old are you I said 52. He said you don't have one cavity in your mouth....he said it's amazing. He wanted to do a deep cleaning which they do it in 4 quadrants but I couldn't afford that. It would have been $250 a quadrant x 4= $1000 and I wasn't able to afford anything like that. The cleaning Aleesia did was amazing. It was like I had new teeth. All the staining and tartar was gone and I've actually had a couple people say how white my teeth looked. She did a regular cleaning then buffing them and I was over the moon how my teeth came out . If I could give this place 11 stars I would. If you live in the Stratford area and you need a good dentist....go to them and say Troy Leong told you to call. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
